Where can my parents get a permit to come to the us?

I have a sister in a hospital
she had a stroke
and my parents are in Mexico can i get a permit or something
can I apply for that in the us or where???
they already have their mexican passport
where do they have to go ??
or can I get it for them??

They have to apply for visitor's visa at US Embassy in Mexico.
You cannot get it for them other than helping to fill out the forms. "They" have to apply.

Have them go to the nearest US Embassy or consulate in their area and apply for a visa.

I think they have to do it in Mexico. I'm not too sure about the process though, but I think they have to do it.
