I don't think there is anywhere without nationalism. I don't know which country I would go to if I were you. I like the United States but it could be problomatic for an Iranian.

Perhaps a country such as Costa Rica, which has a stable government, reasonably low taxiation adn a high literacy rate for the region. You might also consider the Cayman Islands, which is a wealthy and popular tax haven in the Carribbean.

You have to decide what factors are important in your quality of life and your financial well-being, then evaulate countries on that basis.

With 80 million I'd keep travelling over the world.

If you want to have a totally peacefull and quiet life I'd go to a place where there's allmost no war and where landprices are very low.

Nationalistic people can... be found everywhere, but there are lots of places where one can buy a piece of ground as big as 100 square miles for almost nothing. Africa, Asia, Australia, southern America and even in Europe, although it will cost more in Europe.

When you do want to live close to other people, in a city, I'd look for a place with lots of different cultures. The nationalists may... be worse there, but... it's also harder for people to tell which culture you're from.

I would go on a luxury cruise for a year or so and stop at different places to see them for myself before I dicided where to live.

i would buy a small island (very possible, ~$100 000 somewhere), build the basic infrastructure (bathrooms, kitchens, library), and send everyone else to hell.

with $80 mil, why do you have to bother with anything else?

there is no perfect country, so you might as well make one up for yourself.
