Canada...hands down.
They speak the language, understand the laws, know how society works and have the same educational system. They even drive on the correct side of the road and know what red lights and stop signs mean. I live 20 minutes from the Canadian border and work side by side with a dozen Canadians. Everything about them makes them assimilate perfectly into American society...save the penchant to cheer for teams from Montreal and Winnepeg. |
