Where from attest my Graduation Degree to Change profession in Saudi Arabia?

I am a Pakistani living in Saudi Arabia, I am in Saudi Arabia with a work visa and my profession on my Iqama (Saudi identity document for expatriates) is labor (????) although I am a computer science graduate and working in computer department of my current employer. According to Saudi Government law for non-Saudi to get a family visa for him, He needs to present an attested graduation degree.
I consulted the lawyers and they advised me to get my Graduation Degree attested by Saudi Culture office and Saudi embassy in Pakistan. But getting a document attested by Saudi embassy in Pakistan is not easy, one of the lawyers told me that if I get my graduation degree attested by
-Pakistani foreign office
-Pakistani embassy in Saudi Arabia
-Saudi Foreign office in Saudi Arabia
Then I don't need to get my degree attested from Saudi Embassy in Pakistan. Then I did attest my degree from Pakistani foreign office and Pakistani consulate in Jeddah, but when I went to attest it from Saudi Foreign office in Jeddah, they refused to do that and told me that I must attest this degree from Saudi Embassy in Pakistan. Am I guided right...?

YES.
Your degree must have stamps from.
1) HEC, Islamabad.
2) Foreign Affairs Office, Islamabad.
3) Saudi Embassy, Islamabad.
Thats it, then u can use ur degree in Saudi Arabia. Keep in mind u must have ur degree stamped from the Embassy of the country where u want to use it. In future if u move to Kuwait & want to use ur degree in Kuwait then u'd have another stamp from Embassy of Kuwait in Islamabad. |

I know this website can help me.I am leaving in Dammam Saudi Arabia and my profession is Student now, I would like to make transfer of my Iqama now to a company and the company told me to bring any diploma of your catagory as i dont have any Diploma in Saudi Arabia.I would like to know which Profession does not need Diploma or Degree in which can also help me to get my wife Visa from India.
The Company can do any profession for my Iqama but i told them to wait as if they will make my Profession labor then i cannot able to get my Wife Visa.
So Please help me and let me know in which Profession i can get Wife/Family Visa without Diploma/Degree.
