These days its only considered racist if a white person does something to another race! So bull **** if you ask me.. Its like when a group of blacks from a lousiana school jumped a white kid and almost killed him for sitting under a tree that the blacks said was there tree! You know.... the boys got arrested and oh man Jesse jackson and al sharpton and all these black celebrities were saying that it was racist to keep the blacks in jail! They almost killed the kid ,, he was in a comma and all kinds of stuff wrong. But when it was brought up that the attack was racist,,all the blacks said no no no the white kid was sitting under our tree and he did that to make us mad cause he knew it was our tree..!! All the blacks defended these ghetto children and they were soon released out of jail with jackson and sharpton there hugging the boys and all that ****! But man,,,if it was some white kids jumping the black kid,,, man they would still be in jail!! Its rediculous how the world works and thinks! Like people are scared to classify another race as racist!

While it's true that if it were in reverse, the legal system would invariably label the offence as a hate crime, if we're being completely fair, it might not actually be race related.

Chances are if he pissed of an asian kid, the kid will have asian friends.
The victim could have been white, asian, oriental, hispanic, black, etc, and regardless, it seems that person was going to get a beating.

People have been beating eachother up for hundreds of years.. so whether or not it was actually race-related... the media found an opening, something controversial that we'd all talk about,and made a big deal of the story.. we're talking about it right?
This very moment, kids are beating eachother up everywhere, but 99% of the cases won't make the news.

Assuming it was a race-related attack... there's very little they can do to prove or disprove this, and the legal system does tend to turn 180 and favor minorities on these rare occasions. 'I'm not getting this job 'cause i'm black', etc.

Either way, you'll do yourself no good getting angry at the judicial system. There's plenty you can do about it. For example try the number 10 website for starters.

I had the same thing happen to me a couple years ago in Seattle. It was defiantly racist, while they were trying to beat me they kept saying things like'how you like that white boy?'. it was 8 asian gangbangers on two white boys. At first they caught us off guard and attacked us, but we turned it around. As we left them all on the ground bleeding, I tossed the metal pipe that I took from one of them. My nose is still crooked from getting hit with that pipe, but I'm sure their faces are even more crooked now.
After I had the pipe, they were trying some lame kung-fu that doesn't work when I was just clubbing them in the head with the metal pipe repeatedly.

Asian males don't like white guys, because the asian girls like white guys better than asian guys. So they try to beat us, big mistake. My last 3 girlfriends have been asian.

You know why Mike.Its for "the greater good".Living in a town where asian attacks on white's are commonplace the first comment's come not from the police but from the head of "the campaign for racial equality" head.Then the police pipe up with" this was not a racial attack" in the same report.So when the asian youths in our town indulge in their favourite pastime of dropping concrete slabs and bricks onto dual- carriageway traffic a dozen times over the last few years,and the recipients of these bricks are white it is not racist.
Incident's such as the one endured by young Mr.Webster are also commonplace but they have a tendency to turn into mini riots though after the event they become termed "non-racist" again by the "race board" and police.But we must ignore the truth when its for "the greater good" as you wouldn't want a riot would you Mike.

The race card can only ever be used against a white person. It never works the other way round. Having said that, these Asians could have had a fight with the white boy without there being a racial aspect to it in the same way as a white gang could pick on a white boy or a black gang on a black boy. On the surface, it does look like a racially-motivated attack but we haven't been shown any evidence.

it might not have been a "racist" attack. but then again, neither are half of the attacks on asians. They play the race card every time something happens to them and everyone is up in arms about it. When the boot is on the other foot and a group of asians attack a white lad no one care whether it was racially motivated or not. personally i think the whole racism thing is one sided and blown out of proportion.

Ahh - but didn't you know that it only works one way and NEVER the other way according to the powers that be. Let me tell you something that happened to by husband a couple of years ago.

He worked in a team of about 12 IT specialists. Within the team there were 5 Asian guys. During one of their shifts some of the guys were having a discussion re. cricket. One of the Asian guys made a comment, and I quote "You Whitey's cannot play Cricket to save your lives". At this point my Husband sat with his chin on his lap for about 10 seconds. He then closed his mouth and told this guy "you have just made a racist remark and I find it very offensive ". To which this Asian guy said "No that is not racist, I am never racist". Husband asked why he thought that and his reply was "I am Asian and because I am Asian I am not a racist, but you white people are because you are white". Says it all really doesn't it!!

Oh BTW my husband did report this to HR and nothing was ever done about it!!

Huh. Well, I guess it is. Some people are just...demented. White people are usually seen as the racist people because, well, they have the conditions to be racist. You have to acknowledge that white people do kind of "rule the world" lol.
But given the conditions, everyone could be just as racist and even worse. So I guess here the Asians are being racist. But gosh not all Asians are racist opportunists. I've noticed there's a lot of ranting conservative anti-immigrants answers here. Like there's a bunch of people raging about how dirty ol' damn foreigners are polluting the pure good ol' whites in noble countries and stuff. Yeah...
Anyway, if the point of your asking people to "explain" this to you was to win a bunch of agreements about how white people are too often wrongly painted as racists, I have to agree. There's racists of every race, and evidently Asians can be racist too. It's just that a lot of people answering here about how white people are being classified as the only racists are kind of racist themselves lol. Yeah, someone's going to give me a thumbs-down. Too liberal of an answer, huh?
