Who are your favourite Immigrants?

I'd say Indians. I love Indian culture.

Poles can be very pushy - one was heard BRAGGING in my local about how he and his mates were "needed" here because the British locals were "too lazy" to work and how he could walk in to any interview and ace it over 10 local boys!!!!

Sadly for him a bunch of local boys overheard him and took him outside to give him a good, er, talking to.

It shows that they care about laws and that they are honest people. That is not the case when someone is an illegal alien criminal!

the polish people are very nice, good workers and friendly. there are lots of them in ireland and there very welcome.

The Chinese are my favourite as they pretty much keep them selves to themselves...without demanding or pressuring our government for changes in the Law to suit there needs ...unlike some other races...!!

Polish. I work in a care home (I am British) and there are two young people here from Poland for a year and they are the best carers ever. They work hard at learning fluent English, they have a great sense of humour, and I have also taken them out after work, and they love a vodka (or several). There are also two great teamleaders from China. They all need to be helped to integrate. One other worker is from Scandinavia and she is excellent too. (One other worker is from France, she is very good, but I practise my French on her!).

i wld say the CHINESE, they dont scrounge on the benefit system , hard working and never cause anti social behaviour!

my favourite immigrants are the legal hard working ones who abide by the laws the ways and dress code respecting our different religions and differences .most importantly learn our language .it is extremely rude to chat constantly in another un native language especially when trying to give you money for something highly overpriced sometimes out of date then short changed again,no thankyou no good day no smile no senses.

Those who are legal, and support our Country. If they want to live here and enjoy our freedoms, they should be willing to pay the same price as we do. There money should be spend here and not sent home. If they want to send money home they should go home and make their money there. I am not saying they should not support their family, but they should pay their taxes first, just like the ones of us that are citizens, and the immigrants that are here legally.

Ones who love Americans. East Indians are cool, Carribean. Basically anyone but mexicans, armenians and iranians. They hate Americans and are extremely unfriendly.

My uncle. He was a body and fender man. Dirt poor, someone gave him and old stove and he made a tool box out of it, painted it red, pretended it was a regular expensive box like the other guys had. One day the place was robbed, every tool box and tool in the place was stolen except for my uncles red old stove where his tools were safely stored LOL. Hungarian he was, and quite a character.

My favorite immigrants would have to be my great-great-great-great grandmother and grandfather.

They were a combo of Italian, Dutch, English, and German before they came here. After arriving they added a little American Indian in the mix. (Blackfoot & Cherockee)

I love the Indians. I know they are not immigrants, but they were here before everyone else, had their land taken away and don't ***** and complaint like EVERYONE else.

The Poles and other eastern europians get my vote. They are good grafters, they work hard at fitting in and they are genorous with sharing there culture (and vodka). Come on you ex-commies LOL.
