For all those people that said George Bush. They are extremely Naive. Mostly because everything they hear about him comes from the media. I say the whole region in the Middle East. That region has been the main threat to world peace since the beginning of time. The communist countries are also a big threat to world peace as well. The hard part about the wars that go on over there, is that they aren't fighting over land, they are fighting over beliefs. You can take a man's home, his family and all of his possesions, but you cannot take his beliefs.

Naive and appeasers the world over the same mentality that led us into both world wars. They would not face up to problems until it hit us smack into the face. poverty, it fuels extremism and intolerance and fear of the rich which create hatred among them regarding the poor. moreover singular definitions of what we are makes differences between us and others really sharp and thus unbridgeable. therefore tolerance and respect for differences and diversity is needed!

Your question should have begun with 'who are' instead of 'who is'. Biggest threat to the world peace in the order of my preference are: The media, Bin Laden, George Bush, leaders of terrorism and religious fanaticism, absence of political awareness among our youngsters and the mute and impotent spectators like you and me. We all say good things about world peace but we do not put forth our efforts sincerely in that direction. We are in dire need of leaders of vision with strong sense of statesmanship.
