You are one that has no clue of what is going on. Guard troops are nothing more than a PR stunt for elections, Bush needs the PR, he is in bad shape with Americans after all his corruption and mistakes.

You also need to learn more about your hero in the White House, Hisbushyness supports English and Spanish printing on Government forms. So do most Republicans in most states.
Republicans want more illegals not less, they make cash from the cheap labor. This is another news flash for you, a local law enforcement officer can not arrest a illegal for suspicion of being illegal, it's illegal.

If we do not get in the street to protest the protesters how will any one know this is what we want the illegals are the only ones out there.
Where are all the people that protested in the 60's & 70's
we need to be out there telling our pollititions what we want and what we need is secure borders.

I have signs on my wheel chair I fought for this Country not to see it be given to the Illegal Mexicans comming over here protesting our way of life.

That's a good 70's grass roots media worthy way of getting the message across--espicially if the signs clearly call for a particular state's elected official in D.C. to vote to secure America's borders!!!

Such actions should be followed by a flood of calls from each state to these officials: making it clear we Americans DO NOT want Mexicans freely crossing our borders without taking steps towards legal citizenry.

I would do it in a heartbeat! I have a 1 foot sq sign that says "Bush is such an idiot". I would hold BOTH at the same time!

I live in an area where most are Republicans so the anti bush sign would offend some as it has in the past when I had it on the back of my motorcycle and was practically run of the road.

America has been drawing people from all over the world, right from the days of it's discovery as a land with the fabled pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. Give it some more time, you'll end up with an exodus of people, as is happening among the immigrants from India which is gaining from the Brain Gain as opposed to the earlier brain drain.

I remember when my cousin migrated to the US in the seventies, people had similar complaints about the Indians.

Whatever is your problem? Why can't you just live and let live? Dubya and his cronies had to find a scapegoat for all of the bad legislation that has been passed and for the terrible economy, so this year it's "pick on the Mexicans". What have they done to harm this country? Nothing! In fact, they have helped the economy immensely--who else would pick crops for the little that they are paid? Who else would work at WalMart? Who else would clean houses, and babysit for the pittance that the rich "employers" pay them?

And, God Forbid, if the "owners", "employers", had to pay more, everything we buy would COST MORE!!!!

Also, where are your people from that you think you have the right to look down your nose at someone else?

I think you are all nuts!! Whatever are you afraid of??? This is just another way for our government to divide us and keep our minds off of the important things that are wrong in this country--the poor, the homeless, the babies dying, the lack of good health care, the lack of good jobs, the fact that two parents have to work to have any kkind of life at all, etc, etc. Don't be fooled by these phony "americuns"!!!!!

I call, I donate money. I'm poor so I can't stop working otherwise I would more likely be holding up a sign that says "will work for food" on a street corner while my family waited at a homeless shelter. Americans aren't complacent, we're just overworked and over charged for just the basics necessities of life, like food, shelter, clothing, as well as transportation to get to a job to make the money to pay for those things, oh and add in taxes while you're at it. Nothing in life is black and white, right or wrong, there are shades of Grey and middle roads that we must follow.

I can not STAND people like this idiot above me. Why say where your parents or relatives came from? What does that have to do with anything? My parents came from Europe in 84. My mom got arrested by the communists with 3 children with her fighting to leave to a better place (AMERICA) my father got arrested fighting with the communists to let them leave the country!!! My uncles waited 14 YEARSSSSSSSSSS to come here! America is a land for oppertunity and hope. this doesnt mean that anyone who wants came come. They have to come the RIGHT way. Not jumping borders. I find americans that say comments like the guy about me ~ IDIOTS. When did american come the JOKE of the world. Some of you have no idea what the hell is going on!
