Who keeps popping out kids they can't feed?

the same people who have no respect for our laws, and who have no stake in the success of our nation. they don't think about the future, it's all about what they want right now. in that sense, they fit in great with the seditious professors and misguided students on some of our college campuses. and also with the democrat party fasists, who are in fact seeking total control through dependence.

That's where education comes in. Community outreach as well. If you want it to stop go out to the inner city and teach about reproductive health.

Edit: Sweetheart, go out and live in the real world for a change. It's not as cut and dry as you think it is.

Unfortunately the way this countrys welfare system is set up, women can keep having kids and the government has to keep paying for them. Also, its much easier for people to keep having kids and receiving government monies and insurance than going and getting a job. They can actually make more money on the government than they can working. Until the government makes is very difficult for people to receive welfare or helps these people get jobs, it will continue to be the same. We cannot blame the children because they did not ask to be conceived and born, so penalizing them is not the answer, but something needs to be done about the parents that keep having one kid after another with no thought as to how to support them.

When welfare was started, it was a wonderful idea and people actually were embarassed to be on welfare and did everything they could to find a job and not collect off the state. Nowdays that stigma is not there.
