Who miss informed you with the Idea that illegals aliens do not pay income tax?

The majority do not pay income taxes, and if they do they have a false social security number. When I was only 15 years old and applied for my work permit I found out that my social security number was already in use. Have you ever had this problem? Probably not... since you're praising the fact that they live here illegaly under the social security numbers of legal citizens.

Most illegal aliens are paid under the table, and their wages are not reported to the government or taxed.

While tax law does require you to report the wages you pay illegal aliens, it is a law that is generally ignored because doing so would be reporting to the government that you are committing the illegal act of employing someone who is not legal to work in this country.

Some do pay taxes, that's true. But the fact is still that they are ILLEGAL. They should not BE here to pay those few taxes they do pay.

The government gets it.
Two years ago they (undocumented workers) had contributed over a billion dollars that they could not claim or get in a tax return. SO, the Government started advertising on Spanish Radio stations that anyone who came to file taxes would get money back. Those who filed, did get a fraction of what they would have gotten otherwise. Until these workers filed taxes these funds were locked up, untouchable. Their filing allowed the government to access the money. Where did it go? Why hasn't any reporter ever reported on this? Would be my question because they certainly have reported enough un-factual information!!

Th main guilty one is the inflammatory rethorics on the media, such as FOX, O'reilly and others that point to a part of the facts while they leave others out, as a result everybody is convinced to the point of dogma that what they say is the truth. And don't dare contradict them, or they would burn you alive if they could.

Mexicans, legal or ilegal, come, work, pay taxes, produce! and they are dnied all services, all access, they are blamed for taking away and using up, while they actually do contribute. See what happened just because in some areas they had no Mexicans to work the fields. Dang i had to pay 5.15 for 5 tomates! The crops are spolied because nobody picked them!

Want it or not, believe it or not, we are all dependent of their cheap labor, if nobody does what they do, then...how much do you want to pay for a tomato in the future? among other things.

Illegal aliens who work under the table (paid in cash) do not pay taxes! As for that matter any American working under the table
(paid in cash) is also illegal as far as income goes in reporting.

Illegal aliens who have obtained false documents and then work, having various deductions withheld just don't file fed or state taxes.
That "un-refunded" money is turned over to treasury dept and placed in a special unclaimed fund (draws interest) for seven years and after that is used toward paying off government debt.

Many american don't file for various reasons also.

If you make under a certain amount you aren't required to file.
you must file for any refund due or it is gone after 7 years.

many illegals get valid ssn by various means and do file.
many illegals get valid ssn and don't file.
many illgals get bogus ID's and SSn's and drift from Job to Job.

Any way the Government of FED level and State level
benefits when refunded money isn't claimed.

Illegals don't have SSN's so how do "they" pay taxes? Do you really think that the employers that deduct taxes on these people really send the money in to the Federal Government. I can't believe that many get away with using fake SSN's.

You are so right. Very few employers can pay cash under the table. They have to keep books too and that becomes a problem if they do. The rest are paying taxes and social security but they may never collect the social security unless they bec ome "legal". I can't understand why people get so upset about it all, they just want to work. They do not come into the country to sit all day and get a paycheck. How much fraud do we have with Americans who collect welfare and should n't. Do we not have a drain with that?

They contribute to SS and pay income tax, but will never see it. It is sad becuase Mexicans generate huge revenue, but are continually under attack for being a "drain" on the economy and infrastructure.

I don't know a single Mexican that came here and doesn't wanna work.

Yes, most do pay taxes, as those employers have to maintain accounting books, and hardly anyone will pay cash.
