You would know as an employer who you would need to chose based on your requirements and their skills, you wouldn't come here to do so. It really shows your management skills or therefore lack of management skills if you need to ask here regarding this issue. Personally if this is genuine question you are not fit to hold your job. So I hope one of these applicants gets yours. |

Don't base your selection on race (whatever your race is). There must be other points to distinguish the candidates:
- Cleanliness (neat / untidy)
- Presentation (clearly spoken / mumbling)
If you are not sure, invite both back for a second interview. Make sure you have someone else sitting in with you. There must be something other than race to select the candidates. |

You could go with your gut and hire the Asan because you know they work harder, get "sick" less and tend to avoid drugs and alcohol...or you could hire the white chick because she's got three kids and really needs to get off welfare...
You know your business. You know your clients and your other employees. Which applicant will fit in best with the other people, as to cause less stress and productivity loss in the initial transition? |
