The people who have the legal right to the land. After all I can't just see a newly built home sitting empty and move myself and my family into it can I? It doesn't matter if the new home is bigger and better then the one I'm living in, it doesn't matter if the new home has a better school system and good jobs close by.
If I don't own the house I can't live in it without the permission of the ones who do. |

We have the choice of living in a state of nature or in a state of civilization.
To have civilization we must form a society based on rules.
Who ever makes those rules has the right to decide what standards are allowable and who is allowed to be in or move into that society.
Part of that decision has to be based on if that person can adhere to the established laws of that society.
The people who cannot should not be allowed in and the people who are in and refuse need to be segregated(prison). |

My opinion, there should be a special place on earth where anyone can enter and leave at will (except breaking the laws of the land)...there should be a heaven for talented people who cannot afford or get chances to prove themselves...It isn`t a crime to be born in a poor family.. everyone in this universe wants to have a better life and deserves..after all we are human beings... |

For example, there are people who don't like their conditions in the country in which they live so they take the appropriate and lawful actions to move to another country. Others however believe that they are above any laws and break into other countries. Except for cases where political asylum is appropriate, this is pretty much it. |
