Who wants to bail them out?

Some little Mexican gangbangers broke into our custom shop last week and did about $70,000 in damage to our show cars, and to our customers' cars with their vandlism. They spraypainted the cars, broke out all the glass, and punctured all of the tires. But our video surveilance caught them on tape, and all 3 of them were arrested. The poor little boys' attorney called me today, asking that I appear in court to support their bail reduction, because they cannot afford bail, and their parents cannot afford bail. And he would like for me to consider dropping the charges, because everyone is afraid the boys and their families (all here illegally) will be deported if these kids are convicted of a crime. He suggests I let these juvenile delinquents work in my shop at a REDUCED salary till they make restitution. He wants me to let them out of jail, AND>>>>GIVE THEM JOBS!!!!<<<<< Who of you would do such a thing, and why? ME? I'm gonna let them sit in jail. Where they belong.

Hey Andrea, I know they are Mexicans, and I know they are here illegally, because the police and THEIR ATTORNEY told me so. I have never met these kids. I didn't even view the surviellance tapes. The police did.

To hell with them. It sounds to me like they need to be deported. Let 'em rot in jail for a bit. Maybe (and since these are little gangbanging future convicts, it's a BIG maybe) they'll learn their lesson.

Don't let them out of jail and make sure they get deported and the government should be responsible for your restitution of your shop since it is the sole responsability of our government who gets into this country. The Immigration and Citizenship Act clearly states that any crime commited by an illegal gets jail and deportation. However, don't judge all illegals by a few bad apples because the same applies to legals and our citizens. If I were you, I would refrain from making hate comments because your life could be in danger with these thugs, and it really isn't worth it. Sorry you are going through all this and don't relent in getting justice.

I can't help with your current problems, but i can suggest a remedy for the future: Move to Wyoming. Their are actually surprisingly few illegal immigrants, and the ones we do have stay very inconspicuous. It is very nice.

I would go to the bail reduction hearing and let them lower the bail,and I would also let them work in my shop for .50 an hour and I would work their asses off until they had paid me back.
Because that's just the way I am.

Prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
They will do nothing but grow a criminal empire if allowed to stay. Get them out of the country before they actually learn how to get away with these things.

I'm a strong believer in did the crime do the time. I am all for humanity and all of that but what about the amount of damage that they have done and what happens if you do give them a chance and then they get fed up with working for nothing and walk out because with a bill like that it has got to be a hell of a deduction but the main question is if it was someone from your own country would you do the same I personally think regardless of race, colour or nationality they still committed a crime and should be punished accordingly

if they cause trouble that bad, we dont want them, despite there legal immigration. they commited a crime and they should be treated accordingly, regardless of their not wanting to be deported. do you think murderers or petty criminals like them want to go to jail, no. you shouldnt give them a job, they could trash your shop too.

Let shouldn't be in this country in the first place. They were criminals to start with. Press for heightened bail fees, adult sentencing and deportation. It is about time the illegals are taught the lesson that they are not going to bring the **** they ran from here to the U.S.
