While applying for visa...which one would be better chances of getting my visa approved - if I get a sponsor from India?? OR My sister who stays here..she sponsors me?

Ehh, to get an F-1 visa the first thing you need is to have a SEVIS approved school to give you admission to enroll and you have to pass the language test. You don't get F-1 by having an individual sponsor you. it doesn't work that way.

It is a tough question. But, it is better if your sister sponsors you. The documents she provides to support the application are not foreign to the USCIS and those would be trust worthy to US gov. Good luck.
