Because they don't want us to view them as criminal. They want us to forget about the millions in line trying to imigrate here lawfully, and feel sorry for them. They want us to cry when they drop their anchor babies here and "have to leave them" to be deported. B S.

We spend BILLIONS in medical care, taxes, education, welfare, food stamps and other "free programs" they take advantage of. THEY ARE RAPING OUR COUNTRY

It's a reminder that US citizens know what they are and a label that they can't shed. They can argue and whine and call everyone racist but the fact they are illegal aliens is indefensible and they know it.

Because of its negativity. The same applies in many situations; why do African-Americans hate being called the n word; why do caucasians not like being called crackers or red-necks, etc.

It's the same way that we hate being called Sinners when we all sin. It just feels bad to be referred to in that way.

I do not agree with the sinners comment.

We are all sinners,

We are not all illegal.

Do you have bad credit? Because if you do, then you will know what it is like to be rejected when applying for something, even if the ruined credit is not your fault.

So the truth of this is, they were born there, they came here illegally. They did not choose to be born in let's say Mexico, it just happened. I did not choose to have my credit ruined, it just happened. A lot of them were strung along by their parents.

They did break the law, and there are no excuses for that.

The bottom line is this. Once you have bad credit, you have to repair it yourself, during the next 7 years, you are paying for someone ele's mistake.

While they are here, if they are trying to get citizenship legally, then they are awaiting that day, recieving comments that they might not like in the mean time.

I do not approve of illegal aliens but I understand the desire for a better life.

Well first of all, they break the "law" to get over here to get a better life, to make a living. Me being Hispanic myself,born and raised here by parents that were also born and raised here, think of it as an insulting word. Ya, it is the truth that they are here illegally but they want people like u to understand why they come here. There not here to take over but to feed there families.
