Why Do Some of You Here Compare La Raza To The KKK??

One doesn't have to participate in a lynching to be compared to the KKK.

What one does have to do to draw comparisons to the KKK is be very narrow minded when it comes to races living together in harmony and interacting. La Raza and the KKK are very much kin in that respect. Just like the Black Panthers, and other race-specific groups.

There are not needs for such groups in this day and age. We should be looking more at sharing the globe and working together, as well as respecting the laws of each country.

MEChA is like the KKK. Not in the 60s, but today. In the last 40 years, has the KKK ever lynched or killed anyone? No. They are separatists as are MEChA, and that is why the Grand Wizard in Ca endorsed a MEChA candidate.

La Raza funds MEChA and takes government funds for programs, but only helps hispanics.

Well the KKK was founded by Nathan Bedford Forrest, a Calvary leader in the Civil War who hated Blacks and it grew to hate anyone not white. He was a butcher and believed the only way to defeat the Blacks was through eventual annihilation.
One of La Razas founders is Jose Angel Gutierrez, he is very Anti-White and believes that although the time is not right yet, eventually all whites will have to be exterminated. he made a statement to that effect in the late 60's and his rhetoric has not changed is the years since.
The only real difference is that the KKK hides their faces and La Raza is open. One hates everyone not white, the other hates everyone not Hispanic.
If the whites had a organized open group who worked exclusively for whites, and called themselves The Race, The entire nation would flip out.

KKK was last relevant in the 50's and 60's, why do mexicans keep bringing it up like they still mattered? La Raza is a racist group that stands alone, no comparison needed.

Here's the thing some of the comments made by La Raza are a little out there. They haven't done anything as bad as the KKK.

La Raza claims to be for all us Hispanics however if one of us is guerita like myself or moreno we are not too well accepted. Also La Raza does not recognize the diversity in Latino America, they thing everyone is catholic or Mestiso when that is not the case.

you have to dig deep in la raza's records for they are good at hiding their intent whereas the kkk are not as obtuse.

they also receive grants from many american corporations, most recently Verizon made a huge grant to them.

la raza receives federal monies as a non profit org because of their assistance programs to latinos..they are very similar to hamas in palestine and lebenon, both provide educational and medical programs to help but this is to garner recuiets. they are a large contributor to MEChA a Hispanic separatist organization that wants the SW of the US to be turned over to them.

i protest that my tax monies go to any org that promotes over throwing my government, even if they try to hide thier true intent.

there is a bill before congress now to increase their funding. i protest any of my tax dollars supporting any org that want to overthrow my governement.

Its hard to compare one racist organization to another. Racism is racism under any flag. And to claim that La Raza has not contributed to the deaths of many is just bogus propaganda, La Raza and its members support and attempt to legitimize illegal immigration (all race related by the way). Do you know how many illegal border crossers die every year.? And thats just the beginning of the carnage. La Raza is a respected organization that many politicians respect, both Republican and Democrat.

The comparison with the KKK came because idiots like Lou Dobbs are always saying they are the same. They are not.
