I am a white man. I work two jobs about eight months out of the year. And one job the other four months. I also have Latino sister in law, and a adopted black little sister.All we are saying is come over here legal or stay where you come from!!!!!!!!!

Illegals draw welfare by stealing people's social security numbers and identities. That means there are a lot of people being directly hurt by these people as well. Innocent people are having their credit ratings ruined, having IRS problems, and social security problems. If someone who has had their social security number stolen gets married, if either spouse dies or become disabled then they can be denied their benefits.

My family moved to the US before WWII. Those of my family that didn't make it over got killed by the death camps. Our family assimilated to the American culture. We didn't expect the Americans to change to suit us. The illegal immigrants from Mexico are not civilized like that.

They not only changed the National Anthem to Spanish, they changed the words. They already burn our flag and hang our flag upside down. They waved the Mexican flag during a lot of their protests. Some schools have stopped hanging the American flag and forbidden students from wearing clothes with any part of the American flag on their clothing all to keep from offending the Mexicans. It's nothing short of an attack of our country, not only by the illegal aliens, but those who seek to appease them.

I am tired of the stereotype that Americans wouldn't do the work that illegals do. Illegals do all kinds of jobs for less than minimum wage which drives the wages down for U.S. citizens. Construction jobs are an example. There are lots of illegals doing construction jobs that Americans used to do because the companies can keep more of the profits if they pay less for the workers. All that does is make companies wealthier and Americans poorer. Illegals are stealing jobs that Americans have done for years.

If you go to a country and refuse to assimilate, continuing to speak your own language then you are really not an immigrant -- you're a colonist ... and that's what the Mexicans are doing, they're colonizing the American Southwest as part of their "reconquista" Read about mecha in the link I provided and you'll see what the Mexicans real agenda is.

Why do you hate white people? You're the racist, from what I can tell...we 'latinos' kind of says it all. Furthermore, the country you should be complaining about is Mexico, isn't it? Mexico could have a booming economy of its' own, and plenty of jobs, but it won't happen until its' people stand up for reform IN Mexico and make it happen.

Things america has done for mexicans, legal or otherwise include:
Providing spanish language translation of many civil functions(find me the reciprocal in mexico)
Allowing mexicans to stay for extended periods of time(I understand Mexico is much more strict on who comes to mexico to work etc)
Providing free clinics or near-free for the benefit of
low-income hispanics/mexicans(Let's see Mexico do that one for americans)
Turned a blind eye to the illegal status of a lot of mexican citizens for far too long for it to be healthy(see above).

I believe america's been more-than-generous, to the point of utter gullibility and apparent incompetence with mexicans and mexico for far too long. Mexico should give us free oil for 10 years to pay back all the social services etc that have been used free-of-charge by their citizens for years, now.

Until mexicans act to solve their own problems, they'll keep trying to live off america. Americans need to act to re-assert independence and autonomy from citizens of 3rd world countries like mexico that jump the fence and try to vote themselves everything. Mark Twain said it best: Democracy works until people realize they can vote themselves money. Nuff said.

If it wasn't for immigrants many more Americans would be rich. Most Americans aren't lazy. They can't find work due to Mexicans taking their jobs. It would not be so bad if immigrants were willing to contribute to America by paying taxes, puting money back into our economy by spending money here and willing to sign a draft card to do military services. However, They take more than they give. They know nothing about birth control and expect our government to provide for their many children. They also send much of the money back to Mexico. Americans have learned the best way out of poverty is in not having so many children. If they continue to come here, and take our jobs, we will no longer have an America. Instead Mexico will have taken our nation without even firing a weapon. It has nothing to do with racism. They should come here the legal way the way our ancestors did. Besides, many of our ancestors paid for our right to be here by fighting in the American Revolution,spending all their money here etc. Shame on all those immigrant that steal the jobs of Americans, have not learned to use birth control, refuse to learn english and send money back to Mexico.

No you don't. I work in construction. You got the job because you could be paid far below government requirements so the owners could make more money for themselves. And, if you take control of the government in the state, you sponsors/backers have stated that they want the states to be a part of Mexico. If they do this, your free education, free medical, welfare and unemployment compensation ends. These are all benefits of the United States of America, not Mexico. Further, the Mexican Americans, both legal and illegal, in the rest of the country will face the backlash of the American public for your "TREASON."

These two characteristics have created the contradictory state that the immigration issue is in, right now.

For the laziness part, they hire millions and millions of undocumented workers, but then they have the racist side, that promotes them to want to deport the same millions of workers that they hired.

I hope these two forces find a balance and we can solve the immigration issue.

I am Mexican, and i don't agree either with the racism or with the violence againt's immigrants. But we don't need this kind of violence in our expressions. We must start trying to negotiate.

Whatever that happened on the past, is in the past, today, there are laws, and we need to get agreements, and we need to work togheter because Mexico and the USA needs each other.

I hope the government you are talking about is Mexico. If you are illegal, you are not any type of citizen, including a second glass one.
