Hey don't fault them for doing there jobs.....Many border patrol agents are of Mexican descent. You are simply wrong....I know many border patrol agents, some of my cousins are in border patrol and they are anything but racists! They are trained to treat these people as human beings and not animals....

They are not all racists. A lot of them are Hispanic even. They are just doing their job. You know it's called illegal immigration for a reason, It's ILLEGAL. All my family come from other countries but they worked their as*es off to get to America, Mexicans should also have to work their as*es off too to get here. Just because they work hard once they get here that's not an excuse. Try getting into any other country like France, Germany, or Spain without a passport, Every Country has laws against illegal immigration. Just like the racist border patrol agents that are out there you are doing the same thing, you are generalizing.

I wouldn't say there racist, but any Mexican American living on the border knows not to leave without his license or social security card.

Even I can say that the border patrol were in the right to stop them it is their job. That many people in a SUV trying to out run Border Patrol is not smart. I'm not totally unreasonable.

I worked at a Border Patrol Facility and surprisingly most of the agents I worked with were from a Minority.

They died in the commission of a crime. Happens all the time here, only they usually die of heat while hiding in tanker trucks, or exposure while crossing the desert. Since Border Patrol, here, are required to speak Spanglish, many of them are Mexican-American. You know a minority can't be charged with racism or a hate crime, don't you?

I fail to see how this article shows how any border patrol agents were racist. It does however show how cavalier the illegals are about the cost of human lives. It also shows diligence on the part of Arizona border patrol officers which I know for a fact many of which are of latin decent and NONE of them are illegal.

They are law enforcement officers. If mostly one 'race' breaks the law, they will mostly catch (or in this case chase) that 'race'.

What about the many Hispanic Border Patrol Officers. Are they racist?

And the reason any death during certain crimes is a statutory count of murder in some states is because it is to be expected that law enforcement will come after you.

People have been found guilty of murder of coconspirators during the course of a crime when the actual bullet came from a police officer's gun, many times.

Ironically, here in NY on the Canadian border, border control is tougher leaving the US than coming back in. Mostly because tenns are spending more time in Canada than in NY. Although they tend to pull over minorities, I myself have been pulled over more times than most people and I'm white. Its a random check most of the time

Usually border patrol agents are hired in and trained like police officers. You can't score too high on their written tests or you will be disqualified. So obviously, ignorance and lack of proper education is the cause of this racist behavior.

Do not blame the liberals for the people crossing illegally into our country. Blame the rich who continue to hire the illegals who have no social security numbers and have to be paid in cash. That is the real crime!
