The only people who are frightened of them are the ones who think their gravy train will stop if they get elected.this includes the big parties who have been successful in starting the " Racist" if you vote for the B.N.P. In England there are more racist immigrants than white people. I am a partner in an estate agency in Birmingham and some Asian people will not take a house in an area where there are Caribbean people, but I have never had a white person refuse a house because there are African or Asian neighbours, but of course we can be charged with racism if we refused a house because of our neighbours colour. |

The BNP have been stigmatised ,and their reputation and image has been tarnished so as to undermine any nationalist party in the U.K. and to conveniently control politics in the U.K. by having a Labour / Conservative run political forum , many nationalist parties are being undermined internationally and always have been , so the fear is one of " throw enough s%%t at the wall and it sticks " they are gaining ground and so will suffer due to their own success , unlike other nationalist parties the BNP is quite liberal ( i use the word loosely ) it has been tarnished by the powers that be . The nationalist movement in Britain has suffered bad press for many years and nationalist sentiment in Britain has been crushed , the sinister apparatus of a multi cultural society is hard at work in Britain discrediting anything that doesn't agree . |

People are frightened because they haven't read what the BNP really stands for so they will believe whatever the media tells them. |

i think its quite Racist to deliberately and illegally invade a country with calculated lies as an excuse, and coldly slaughter five hundred thousand innocent men women and children....but no one is afraid of new labour???? Britain has the cold hate fuelled face of Islam simmering quietly with in its heart.....no one is worried about Islam???....Britain is in collapse, over run and having to borrow money to try to pay for the tide of immigrants still flooding our borders in their thousands every week....no one is worried about the EU???? the British National Party is simply trying to put Britain back into the hands! and the control of its people....and every one is afraid???? and these people will go and support their own foot ball team with masses of enthusiasm this Saturday.......they will even jeer and shout nasty threatening remarks at the opposing team.....nationalism saves cultures.....cultures are important to the survival of the human race. when they are under threat! you have to fight! or see them die. simple as that. |

I am not frightened of them I am frightened of what they will do to the country I love.
Exclude race which is the thing that they are known for.
Their policy on Europe would lead to Britain being bankrupt within months. Additionally foreign investment would flee the country quicker than rats from a sinking ship.
Their policy of removing the vote for people who refuse to national service is against everything I believe
Their public spending plans do not stack up and is a list of wishful thinking - more schools, more hospitals, transport, more spent on pensioners more everything oh but lower taxes. Dont get me wrong I want these but realise that they need to be paid for - they do not have one financial expert in their party.
Their policy of the death penalty - please read up on Angela Cannings to see why I oppose it. oh and corporal punishment
The fact that they want to push back peace in Northern Ireland by going back on the good Friday agreement - leading to a restart of the troubles.
And then there is the hardline approach to immigration |

I'll take a guess, and say that most people would be afraid of people who hold such extremist views, because if they honestly think that a colour defines a person (or religion, gender or nationality) to such a degree that they deserve more, or less, in life....than what else is this person capable off.
I guess its the lack of logic, and empathy behind their thought process that would scare me. |

Not so much frightened as horrified. They are racists. Enough said. |

People are not generally frightened of the BNP. They do however (if they're in their right mind) find their practices and policies to be utterly abhorrent.
The BNP are not simply and committee of people against immigration levels, they are racists who practice hate and intolerance. A good and extremely well presented view of the BNP and their ignorance is the Shane Meadows film 'This Is England' which I'd recommend you checking out. The language used in your albeit, brief question also implies that you may be considering becoming a member (your use of the word 'yet') I think you need to do more research into this before you go down that road. |

Don't kid yourself.
The BNP are not frightening. They are marginalized by several think tanks.
They are in control by the Liberals, Laborites as controlled by certain groups, Reds and Anti Westerners alike. The BBC and it seems the media itself is propelled by the PC machine to shove this SMALL party to the long long Fascist bin of Politicalizations. This is to further the progress for the Anti Whites and Anti Westerners whom are fast catching up in Global interests.
Despite the fact the BNP are not dressed in Jackboots shouting to endorse Genocide, that's Africa's job at the moment. . but that's okay as they are not white, and it's all our fault anyway, they will soon be banned from existence. As the anti-whites will start their regime over the forthcoming decades.
Basically we (Native White Britons) are on the way out and soon to be punished.
In other words we are going to be slaughtered like animals.
Then the UK is going to become a crime ridden stink-hole of a place surrounded by death and terror.
Think I'm joking? Look at South Africa for proof. |

If you want the answer, or if you are thinking of joining them yourself, you need to do more research, and compare the anti-BNP analysis of its tactics and real policies with the image that the BNP are trying to present of themselves. Which do you find the more plausible?
This is a good one to start with:
http://www.stopthebnp.org.uk/
You may be drawn to many of the things the BNP seem to stand for, but you can't turn the clock back to an Edwardian age of nationalism and relative monoculturalism. The BNP's influence will only weaken the country by making people more toxically intolerant and racist, illogical and biased. |

Because, even though the party choose their words VERY carefully when it comes to race relations (and not being shut up because they're outlandishly racist) their followers do not, and often do not hesitate in demonstrating their hatred of anyone who dares to be different to the norm. |

The answer is ignorance combined with the fear that they just might get elected. Both unjustified. A lot of people also probably confuse them with the now defunct National Front and Moseley's black shirts.
As for a bunch of ignorant extremist racists – look who's running this country now. |

I received a leaflet through my door a few years ago from the BNP. It asked me if I was happy to see mongrel (I assume this meant mixed race) children running around.
It was not only inciting racial hatred, but it was against children!
I do not fear the BNP, I just don't understand how so many people can be so ignorant. |
