Why are some people hating Mexicans so much but they love our food?

I do not hate Mexicans.
I do not appreciate the fact that they are here living in the US and not abiding by the laws, taxes, insurances....etc.
They are utilizing our welfare system, food stamps, and every other government assistance. The law will not touch them. They cannot read English, therefore causing auto accidents that they are not insured to cover. And the police let them just drive away.
Also, they come up here to earn money to send back home and forget they left their people back in Mexico starving while waiting for them to send money.

It is not all Mexicans.
It is the ones on US Soil Illegally, that feels the US owes them something.

I do not buy Mexican Products.

I dont hate mexicans at all, and I'm not wild about mexican food. its greesy and gives you the runs. But, i am very against illegal aliens, regardless of their nationality, but especially hispanics because they tend to bread like rabbits and they refuse to obey our laws and learn our language.

I don't hate Mexicans; I despise illegals of any race or creed. Yes, for those who will ask, if you're an illegal from Europe I hope you're caught and sent back! Ethnic food is great--enjoying some delish Indian lentil dish right now. I go out of my way to avoid buying non US made items, but that can be tricky.

I don't hate legal Mexicans but I sure don't like the illegal ones. That is the big difference. I am sick of paying my taxes to illegals that steal from our government. They shouldn't be allowed to collect free housing, free food stamps, free medical care and free educations all at the expense of the U.S. taxpayer. Build the fence. Kick them out. Yes, I like Mexican food. If this illegal problem isn't solved soon, you may find some nice Americans aren't going to be buying that Mexican food as often.

First of all, I used to like Mexican food... when I was a child. With some exceptions, I avoid it now because of the heavy reliance on lard and carbs; like I said, there are exceptions.

As far as the products go, well I avoid Mexican made products as much as possible. Candy made in Mexico still contains LEAD. Of course, when California banned lead-laden Mexican candy, there was a big outcry, particularly in the border areas, that, of course, banning leaded candy was a racist act and/or an attack on Mexican culture. Um, some culture: let's make some candy that causes permanent brain damage and sell it to kids, and then play the race card when the relatively enlightened culture to the north says "no." Good plan. Levis, Nissan, Sony, and others suddenly started having serious quality control problems when they opened their Mexican factories. Plus, with Levis factories in Mexico, well then they're not in U.S. anymore: in other words, some would see that as taking U.S. jobs. Kinda like the illegal immigrants invading by the millions. Don't tell me they just do the jobs Americans won't: I've been working since I was twelve, and picking fruit on a farm before that. My father and grandfather, etc., also provided the picking labor on farms when younger. I do my own yardwork, without using those stupid loud polluting blowers, I was a janitor for six years while I worked through college, washed dishes on the night shift, etc.

What I have come to hate, however, is ILLEGAL immigration; it is ruining the U.S. Thirty years so far I have worked to contribute to the social security system, and now benefits go to illegals and their pathetic anchor babies!? The U.S. has struggled to have a strong school system, only to have it undermined financially and academically by a swarm of anchor children whose parents never bothered to teach them English? Our hospitals are falling apart. My neighborhood is devolving into a trashy slum as the illegal population swells... and they're flying the Mexican flag from the apartment windows as they blast Mexican oom pa pa music for the whole block to "enjoy," and then call me gabacho when I walk to the grocery store as they sit on the stoop with their gang tatoos prominently displayed. The neighborhood fifteen year old girls are about to pop their second kid, and you know who's gonna be paying for THAT forever, besides the poor kids themselves. The results of ILLEGAL immigration, and yet the Mexican government encourages Mexicans to continue to invade... and they do, and then demand "amnesty" ???

Gee, I wonder why. Hm. Go figure. Why would Americans have a problem with that??? Gee.
You love Mexico? Stay there. It's the swarming ILLEGAL immigration that people hate. I had no problem with Mexicans until I realized way too many of them had no intent to respect our laws, our primary language, or any other race than "La Raza."
You wanna come legally, get in line and be practicing your English in the meantime, and leave your Mexican flag and Mexican citizenship behind when your turn comes. At that point, we can be friends... unless you join a f*ckin stupid Latino gang or call me gringo or gabacho or some other stupid racist sh*t. Can't handle that? Then stay in the Mexico you so dearly love.

Not all Mexicans are illegal. Most of the hate as you call it is directed at the ones that are. Mexican food has long been a part of America and brought to the country by those coming here legally years ago.

I don't think anyone hates Mexicans so much, but many here are ILLEGAL and being ILLEGALLY here creates much resentment. There are many other ILLEGALS here from many other countries and they are disliked just as much.

Mexican food is great! I just don't go where ILLEGALS are making it and serving it to me.

I think Mexicans are disliked because they come into a country and most of them can't speak English, and I refuse to speak Spanish. Plus the fact that the jobs that are being taken from the American people. Because Mexicans can live 10 in one room and work for min wage, doesn't mean we should have to. Plus #2 With all the Illegals flooding in, How will a illegal abide by our laws when they broke the law entering. I understand our political leadership isn't helping by letting Mexican trucks drive our roads when most of them will not even be able to read a road sign.
I don't like mexican food, but it's not because of the problem.

We really don't care all that much for Russians, or at least at one time we didn't, but even then we still made food like they do. We like variety, and some foods just become favorites for us. Personally, I don't buy things made in Mexico, and I rarely eat Mexican food.

Don't let your countrymen know you suggested such a thing. Free trade is a good thing for everyone. It goes both ways. Although personally, I don't care for Mexican food and can't think of other products from your country that I personally consume, I would like to say thank you to your country's citizens for purchasing American products.

Rather than being so hateful yourself by asking such a provocative and shortsighted question, perhaps you should post a note to say thank you to all of those out there who buy Mexican products.

And while you are at it, if you are a Mexican living in the U.S. illegally, then you also might want to thank everyone for your education and the other advantages you've been given with our tax dollars as well.

I never eat Mexican food. The first and only time I ate at a Mexican restaurant I had to get a series of hepatitis shots because someone working there had hepatitis and thought it was a great idea to not wash his hands.
Guess you don't eat hamburgers,since that is an American food...right?

I haven't spent a dime in a Mexican resturant in over 3 years. I got sick and tired of servers in these resturants not even trying to communitcate with me in english.

I make my own mexican food from the vegetables I grow in my garden and the meat I raise on our farm. I'll put my canned salsa up against anything out there.

Nobody hates all Mexicans. They just hate the ones that break the laws. A lot of Mexicans who break the laws think that ALL Mexicans break laws, but it's not true. Lot's of the Mexicans I know are law-abiding citizens and we love having them around.

Anyway, I make my own food.

No one hates Mexicans. We hate illegal immigration. The two are not the same. Also, your question is well, immature. I figure you must be about 16, and very naive. Many people all over the world hate Americans, yet they still eat McDonald's.
Many illegals have come here and told us how much they love Mexico and how it's so much better than America. But why then, are you here. If you hate America so much, why don't you give up your jobs, education, and benefits and go home? Enough said.

I don't hate Mexicans. We, the U.S., had an opportunity to invade and take Mexico. It's a blunder that can be corrected if we invade now, and make all Mexicans citizens (51st state), have the oil, develop the Mexican lands to use properly for cultivation, and let's not forget it will decrease the size of the border. LOL!!!

Now, personally I don't hate Mexicans and believe in a open boarder, but i think I can explain this. People for one don't hate Mexicans, they just don't want them crossing the boarder and taking all the jobs because they can work for less. This I don't5 get because the Mexicans are only taking the jobs we don't want. Look at Reagan's experiment in the 80's. He forced all workers to be legal in the US. But without that work force of Mexicans farmers were without anyone to do their work. The farmers were forced to go begging at high schools for workers. Also on a personal level, I hope that I am never without Mexican food because that food is some of the best around
