Reform means amnesty. Rewarding criminals just goes against the grain. |

Simple, they want the current laws enforced. What good will rewriting laws do if they won't enforce them? Enforce the current laws first, fix the problems and then discuss solutions for the future. |

I think you've answered your own question. Why would anyone want reform of any law if we aren't even enforcing the laws we have now.
Now, what sort of reform are you talking about? Are you talking about reform that would make it a criminal offense to be caught in the US illegally like it is in many countries and you are thrown in prison? Would you be for that reform? And if not, well then, I guess you don't want immigration reform. |

If reform is just another name for amnesty, we don't want it
If reform is just another name for open borders, we don't want it
If reform includes some enforcement, while the details are being worked out, the government can start enforcing existing laws |

I am not a conservative. Because we do not want a reform that legalizes 25 million illegals. We want the laws enforced and them deported. Understand - We want the laws ENFORCED and illegals DEPORTED. |
