I am pretty sure Mexicans re not the only ones who talk and complain about the US, and I am pretty sure Mexicans re not the only ones whom come Ilegal to the States !!! : )

My quesation is why do people consider Mexicans God's choosen People ? illegals have gotten more from US than their own gov will provide for them ,but still one must wonder why do Mexicans not head home and help fight for their country? Then they can have the country they want.But right now is the time for them all to join together and start protesting and demanding changes over there.They seeem all about human rights here where are all those educated people in Mexico and why are they not out there making changes ?

this doesnt mean all mexicans complain, most are happy to be here. i work with mexicans and they are some of the nicest people i have ever met, treating me better than my own race does.

mostly because they are so not used to following the laws and do things the right way. I have said it many times, they want the all the goodies twice and back from the U.S society, but they have simply refused with all their might to accept the fact that without the laws and regulations and restrictions, the U.S would be just as corrupt and poor and hopeless as their beloved home country.

And one thing that really ticks me off is that these illegals consider the U.S. nothing but their cash cow, they don't care about the culture, they don't care about the social issues, all they care about is that all the illegals and their anchor babies get free medical care(at the expense of bankrupting hospitals after hospitals), free education(at the expense of bankrupting towns and cities and dragging down the already not so impressive standards of student performance)

Replace 'Mexicans' with 'all foreigners' and your question would make more sense.

Amen! Exactly! If they don't like it here, then what the hell are they doing here? It's funny how Mexicans never complain about the horribly corrupt government in that shi*hole they came from, isn't it? They never protest against the Mexican government, only ours.

The answer to this question is there are even less opportunities in mexico for work and education for their children. Something has to be good, if they came all the way over here right? Mexicans love their country but usually come here with the hope that they will make enough money to move back someday and live in Mexico. The reason they complain must be the anger that they know they have to stay here if they want those opportunities. Even americans admit our govt is crappy right now, so that's most everyone opinion, but I think it may be that they are mad they can't live in their country and flourish the same way they do here. It's the country's inadequacies that make them feel this anger.

well a lot of mexicans work hard for "less pay". A lot of American' s take advantage of that. If you watch the news then you would that a lot of people are calling this "modern day slavery". I guess mexicans just wanna be treated the same or something...

Well I'm Colombian and i always find myself complaining too. I guess because we work some really miserable jobs like cleaning toilets and yet they people still wana deport us. We work the jobs some people are afraid to get near. And we still find racial discrimination. Finding a job in our homelands is like finding a needle in a haystack. You won't believe how hard it is. I think we should stop complaining but it's human nature. You should watch the movie "A Day Without a Mexican" so you can see how we feel. I haven't seen it yet but i heard it's about those lines. Also we sometimes complain about how some people have citizenship and just live sitting in a couch. Some Latinos would die to be able to call themselves citizens of the United States of America.

Also don't say Mexican's in general because the Latino population isn't all "Mexican" it makes you sound REALLY ignorant. Say Latino please or hispanics

They obviously came here for a reason, and if they're working and have food on the table, and a roof over their head, then things aren't that bad.

They should be complaining about Mexico's severely corrupt government that has a hard time doing anything for it's own people instead of relying on another country to pick up the slack for them.

I agree with you.....if it's so bad here, they can go back to Mexico, no one's making them stay here. If they made it here, they can make it back. What they don't realize is, it could be much worse. Look at their other options of other closer countries to Mexico. They made a choice to come here, they can make the choice of leaving if they don't like it. They should not come here expecting disneyland around every turn and to be showered with money, wealth, jobs, respect, etc......you have to earn those things and work hard for them.

If I were the one complaining after moving to another country, that countries people would damn well be telling me to shut up or leave. I know this because most countries are not that tolerant as they want people to believe they are. I know this because I've been to several other countries, and the US is a much more tolerant place than some other places I've been. It's not perfect, but it sure isn't horrible.

The U.S. became what it is as a result of it's citizens revolting against the political/economic oppression, and exploitation of the American colonies by Britain........

Complaining doesn't put food on an empty table. And moving to another country is just a temporary fix.

People, in some Latin countries, need to show up at table when los ricos sit down to eat.........Los ricos don't get the message if you....run away to another country.

If they're here legally, they have the right to complain about whatever they want just like any other American. By the way, everyone who emigrated to the US came here voluntarily, except for black slaves. Historically speaking, Mexican Americans have had a reason to complain because at one point they were discriminated against and segregated etc just as blacks were.

Anyway, you shouldnt make generalizations about the entire community. I'm Mexican American and I'd say other Mexican Americans I know complain less than most other Americans because we realize how much better off we are in the US than some of our relatives back in Mexico.

Some people just like to complain for the sake of complaining. Regardless of what ANYBODY says, the U.S. is the best country on the planet. Why else are so many people willing to risk life and limb just to come here? They cross ridiculously hot deserts and swim across treacherous coastal waters, just to come to a place that's sooooo horrible as viewed by other countries? I certainly don't hear stories of people putting their lives on the line to get into Mexico.

well a lot of mexicans were actually forced out of their country in a way. they end up in debt because crops won't grow due to sever water deficits, get kicked off their farms and are forced to work in very dangerous maquilladoras in order to make products that come here without tariffs, making their pay even less so they will never be able to get out of debt. their only other option is to immigrate here. i personally know a family that went through this. they do not complain about the USA though. rather, a lot of complaints have to do with the way the american culture is. hispanics like to feel close knit and really enjoy city life. and when forced to live in such ignorant communities, they are miserable and do complain. maybe show some tolerance and try to understand their culture before assuming they can really go back to mexico.

I've seen the conditions of these factories first hand and it's truly sad. I've also been to juarÃ©z (which is not as bad as people make it out to be.) the people there are very friendly, everyone i encountered spoke english. Not once did i see anything that we consider illegal in the united states going on down there. i stayed in a hotel there, walked the streets at night and i'm still alive. I didn't even see a single drug dealer. yet i can walk around syracuse NY at night and see a ton of them. I'm also first in my family to be born in the United States. and I find myself complaining constantly also. Granted, I'm appreciative to live here instead of britain (where my family is from). But our education and healthcare systems really need some help. and no matter where you are from, you will always complain about your living standards. tell me you've NEVER complained about anything in your life? you'd be lying.
