Why do illegal Mexicans not march in protest against their own Mexican government?

Why do you make the assumptions that they were all mexican? yes the majority were but I also saw other flags being flown aside from the mexican flag.yet i guess you only saw the red,white and green color and were blind to the rest.answer me this why didn't your anscestors stay in their country instead of immigrating here? or better yet how come your complaining about illegal immigration instead of coming up with a solution to it or getting YOUR government to do something about it?

They don't give a hoot about making life better in their homeland. It is much easier to sneak into the US illegally and live like the free-loading moochers they are.

That's the $64,000 question! I've seen it worded countless different ways and the answer is always the same: illegals never answer.

In fact, I never see a logical response even from those who simply sympathize with illegal aliens and their plight.

Until Mexico--and Mexicans--undertake the needed social, financial and govtl reform necessary, this crap will continue. If not them, then who? Where is their pride? Their gumption? Their courage? They arent leaving their problems behind, they are exporting it to the US.

I'm sick and tired fo it. I'm disgusted by their complete and utter lack of personal responsibility and accountability. It is up to them to fix their own country.

Actually, Mexico didn't throw them out on their butts.

They CHOSE to leave.
They CHOSE to break our laws coming here.
They CHOOSE to remain in violation of our laws.
They don't CARE that American citizens and legal immigrants don't want them here.
They spit on our laws, our country, and its citizens.

Therefore we have exactly zero pity for them.
They have no rights in our country, except the "right" to be deported when they are apprehended.

We should treat illegals as the country in this link does. Then they will perhaps have some to legitimately "protest".

Excellent question and one that should be answered by them. The truth is that in Mexico nobody cares or pays attention if someone is protesting. Everybody is either working too hard to pay attention or to rich to care. So they decide to come here instead of trying to change their government and their country they'll settle for changing ours.

The rights they have here do not exist in Mexico.
Mexico does not allow protests and have an army that cracks down and kills people who try to change their government.
Their politicians are so corrupt,most of them are either in prison or in exile, they make or politicians look like choir boys.

I suggest you read up on the Zapatista's and also Chiapas. That explains a lot. But in short...They get killed or turn up missing. Things there aren't like here. You get killed for speaking out.

Don't think because they don't overly condemn it means they do not care. The thing is when you are a poor e.g farm worker taking time off to protest in the capital will not only cause you to lose much needed revenue but also land you in one of the many notorious Central or South American jails which are hell holes.

Secondly, the Mexican government didn't kick them out, although they were encouraged to leave in search of better employment prospects they were never 'kicked out on their butts.'

Finally the very small minority who are burning flags are those who believe the South-West should belong to Mexico and that the USA intimidated the Mexican government during the 19th century to sell it to them.
