I see all the time on this forum people saying how terrible Americans are and how "greedy", "stuck-up", and "selfish" our country is. If our country is so horrible then why do immigrants want to be here so badly they risk their lives and break laws to be here.

Because they are lazy and ignorant. Bashing the US is the easy thing to do. I've yet to hear a single illegal explain US immigration laws or the reasoning behind their creation??? They are completely selfish. They only care about what they want, they don't care about the US or US citizens(this includes their own kids born in the US). Illegals do however, know the 14th amendment, anchor baby law. They're very familiar with the 14th, that's why so many illegals had kids after sneaking in. This is the only argument illegals have with any validity, but they don't care to be legal US citizens and don't care how bad they hurt their kids(US citizens).
Illegals know the day they enter, they're breaking US law. They know having a kid in the US, by law makes that kid a US citizen, assuring their kid cannot be deported and protecting the illegal parents from being deported also.
Let's review, Illegals expect the US to enforce the laws and rights stated in the 14th amendment. At the same time disrespect, demand and protest against immigration laws and expect the US to ignore, change and not enforce Our immigration laws or Our borders???

Why?...Because we have become so politically correct that, when you tell anyone of any nationality, they're doing something wrong or illegal...rather than accepting personal responsibility and doing what is required to make it right....they try and get the spotlight off of themselves by bashing the system, the president or crying "racist" and acting up and crying "foul" to the media...and media fuels the fire, and sells more adevertizing, by answering, "right on!" WE, THE PEOPLE need to see what's going on, use good old common sense, get involved and try to stop the madness. Correcting "bad thinking" in America is going to take work...and many don't want to work... |

Because they are just unhappy. They are getting the raw end of the deal No matter where they go. They are using words to express their frustration. But what they are not realizing is that pissing the American citizens off will just make it harder for them than it already is. |
