Lack of respect... They use us but hate our people! They love Mexico but want the U.S. to support them. Should we blame them or our government? Our government is allowing them to do this. Can you imagine if the shoe were on the other foot? They would shoot us dead on arrival if we were trying to go to their country for "a better life"!!! I would not be proud of any heritage if it forced me out of my own country. All Mexico can do is offer praise and glory for the illegals are in actual fact hero's of Mexico and they seem like the sheep whom must be lead.There is nothing there to be proud of. Yes , If they would do as much demonstrating and joining together in their own country they might change things and could stay there and love it .
It seems that people want and try to erase the line between legal and illegal immigrants .
Our country has a law , it's on the books and until it is changed those that cross our borders without legal papers are breaking our law and are illegal , no , if and or but about it .

They are proud of where they came from. We shouldn't have waited until after 9/11 happened to start having more people be patriotic here. We should a lesson and be patriotic at all times.

This is really pushing it - and most of you know my opinion on illegal immigration.
How many of YOU or your neighbors have the Irish, German, British flag on your car? I have one that is an abbreviation of my little City. Illegal immigrants are just that. People are and should be proud of their heritage - fly your flag folks.
Just don't become what my Father used to call a "Professional Irishman" or fill in the latter - it gets old.

I know, it doesn't make sense to have pride in the Country you abandon does it.
Also many Mexicans especially here in Texas still hold to the false tradition that the territory that they lost during the Spanish American War was wrongfully taken from them and is still theirs in their opinion.
