they would rather cowardly run to a place where they are not welcome, sponge of us taxpayers, send money back and ruin this country. Alot of the money is used to pay coyotes for bringing more undesirables back here and to fuel the drug trades. they do not have what it takes to stand up for themselves in their own homelands, how sad! their gov. encourages their less desirables into coming here and have even published a comic book on how to do so. |

Poor, poor MX. If they have such pure motives for illegal immigration why has it only been the last 20 years that they have invaded.
MX has been the same for centuries, but the desire to leave has been recent. Not because they are poor, they always have been, not because of medical care, it's the same.
They come to the US because of the MORE they can get for the buck.
They can live and act like big shots, and be the envy of their neighbors.
And the US will make their babies citizens and give them welfare, WIC, health care, housing assistance, and an education including free breakfast and lunch.
IF ILLEGALS WEREN'T HERE FOR THE FREEBIES THEY WOULDN'T KEEP DEMANDING MORE AND MORE BENEFITS FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR ILLEGAL CHILDREN. |

Our government excepts them with open arms and amnesty. They get free education and medical care here. They don't have to learn English they expect us to learn Spanish. The can get jobs, drivers license, food stamps, low income housing, even though they are not citizens.
Why wouldn't they come here?

William the simple answer is ..They know when they come here they can get welfare its that simple.They don't have to pay when they go to the ER their little bambinos can get welfare that will feed the whole family and Dad can still have money left over for his nightly drunk.They sure don't come here because they love our country they don't even try to better them self for the most part.No I firmly believe that its for the free stuff our government gives them .If they didn't get welfare and such they may come to pick fruit and such but with the knowledge that they would return home with the money they make.Now they know they can get sooo much from our government so this to them is the so called better life....and as for charity are you kidding they are the charity.... |

I agree with Mesmouma...
Hollywood has a LOT to do with immigration (legal and illegal), not only from Mexico, but from every corner of the globe (does a globe have a corner?).
People see in TV what is the ideal American dream - that doesn't even exist for Americans anymore-, and they want that for their lives..after all all of us have the right to live a decent life, and in this particular example, Mexico's poverty is far different that American poverty. |

Because legal way to obtain visa takes longer than illegal way. Also, since there are so many illegal Mexicans already in US, Embassy strictened to issuing visa to any one who has potential of staying US illegally. Therefore getting visa became much harder and longer. |

Wouldn't you like it if you were poor as **** and too old to work, needing medical care, and your son would send you money to live on.
They go to the states because they want the life they see on television. If only they would see reality, they WOULD stay in Mexico. |

Mexicans have been trying to fix their country for many many years. The Government is too corrupt to change things, and Americans think it's so easy to do so.
Rights?......they are not in the US.
Americans just don't understand that Mexicans that come here, work to help support their families in Mexico.....and we're not just talking about Wives and kids, we're talking about mom/dad and grandparents to. Most of the money is spent on fixing and building their homes....but the majority of the money goes to medical bills. The people in the US barely make ends meet, but to them, it's more satisfying to have a healthy family in Mexico, then to have the shiniest car or the biggest house on the block. |

Research and inform yourself. And no my friend, nobody here comes to get your money, people work hard for their money unlike others who rather complain and sit at home enjoying opportunities that others can't.
PS. Whatever people decide to do with their money is their business not yours.... they worked hard for it .... paid taxes.. is theirs...... (even though many americans still do not accept the fact that undocumented do pay taxes, ... they do....and that is a proven fact).
