Why do you assume any one who supports illegal immigration must be illegal?

I don't assume that, at all - however, I assume that anyone who supports illegal immigration either benefits in some way from illegal immigrants (by employing them, or by loving one, or by having illegal immigrants as friends) or else you are so wealthy that you don't feel the brunt of the tax burden that the illegal immigrants cause to the middle class and poor American citizens, or lastly, that you are one of those rare human beings who is just a bleeding heart and who thinks we should give our all to help all of the unfortunates of the world, no matter the cost and no matter the detriment to our own citizens. No, I believe that charity starts at home and we cannot take in all the unfortunates of the world until we have taken proper care of all of our own first.

Because if you are a citizen of the United States, you are paying tax dollars to support non citizens. To me, illegal immigration is a slap in the face to all the hard working blue collar citizens out there, and I resent the fact that people sneak into this country and steal money that could be supporting our own or our troops overseas..And why wouldn't you assume that a supporter of illegal immigration was illegal themselves? You'd have to be nuts not to.......

I cannot see how one would extrapolate that. What i have seen is that people who support illegals more often than not refer to themselves as Mexicans. The majority of legal immigrants are against illegal immigration regardless of bloodlines. Little do these people, who claim to be born in America but also claim they are Mexican know. Mexico doesn't recognize you as Mexicans. Mexico recognizes you as Americans.

I don't. I tend to think they have relatives or close friends who are, though, since the drain is so bad on schools and public services I can't see why else anyone would be for it. (I am not counting big business who wants cheap labor, here.)

I am not talking about what to do with those here. I think once the border is secure people will be able to look at that differently. However, unless you are big business, a flood of cheap labor and poor immigrants crowding your schools and driving down wages for your jobs while you pay for them with your taxes is not a good thing.

I don't assume they are illegal. I do assume that they are communist. The reason I assume it is because it is true. For example, International ANSWER, the group that organized the illegals in an attempt to intimidate voters a few weeks ago, is a front for the World Workers Party....one of the most rabidly communist groups in the world. Well,a LOT of them,are either ILLEGAL,or have RELATIVES who are illegals!!!!!!!!!!!! Or,they have NO CLUE as to the destructive IMPACT that the 11-20 million illegals ALREADY here, THEIR familys,and ANOTHER 100 million would have on the economy of this country,if the amnesty goes through!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know anyone who "supports" illegal immigration...just the people who cross the border illegally and make a new life here...minor distinction, I know...but it's the difference between an act and a person.
