There are around 11-million undocumented workers across the nation according to the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

They will see state and federal tax returns, but they won't see a dime of social security or medicare that's taken out of their paychecks.

And, that money adds ups.

Almost 200-billion dollars were recorded under bad social security numbers or ITIN last year.

We have our own business and I can tell you for a fact how the ssn works that they make up . We hired a guy that did just that,made up a number or stole it,who knows.

The IRS contacted us that he was using a fake ssn and we had to make copies of his ddl and ssn and fax them to them. The name he was using did not match the name of the ssn holder.

They keep a good eye on this apparently,and the guy only worked for us for 2 weeks.

So,if the ones you know are keeping the same job,then they are not paying taxes, or they have stolen a dead beat bumbs identity.

I don't know what county you live in but apparently you are not in my county,and must live in some hole in the wall town where they do not want to go because they cannot blend in with all the rest of them.

Funny, the place I work sees tons of illegals and I know for a fact they are getting paid cash. Yes there are lazy and immoral Americans white/ black whatever but they are our problem, we shouldn't have to deal with them from another country. We all need to deal with facts when it comes to this subject and everyone has different views on it. I have seen several situations that have been the worse for the American over something an illegal has done. I guess you just tend to believe what you see with your own eyes and everyone sees different things.

Well, if they're using 9 numbers off the top of thier heads, they are also guilty of identity theft, in addition to being illegally present. If they are paying in under a false SS #, then it is just a drop in the bucket of what they owe to the U.S., in restitution for their crimes, if nothing else.

They think that they can't get busted for the SS#'s... ha, ha, ha... most probably don't realize that part of a SS number is a code for certain things... where you were born, what decade you were born in, etc. All it takes is one or 2 questions, and someone trained (ie law enforcement) in the numeric system can bust a person.

They don't pay all their taxes. It's impossible unless they are participating in identity theft. Apparently, as you mention multiple people using the same ssn's you say that they all engage in identity theft. You can't be employed by "thinking up 9 numbers out of your head". You are required by law to show your social security card. "Welfare" is a catchall phrase. Any government help is considered "welfare" and there are very few "welfare offices" anymore. The food banks, WIC programs, fuel assistance, electric assistance, etc. are all separate programs and must be applied for separately.

What you are saying certainly doesn't have the "ring of truth" to me. Especially as it's contrary to everything that I have observed working in a personnel department.

Just because you put down nine numbers as a ssn doesn't mean it suddenly corresponds to your name. If these people really were doing this, the people at the tax office would take one look at the document and give the employer a visit. No way thats actually whats happening.
Your ''statistics'' about 80% white people in line being on drugs is equally ludicrous, what? did you survey the people standing in line? did they give you urine samples or did you blood test them?

The key word here is "illegal" - not Mexicans, not Hispanics, not tax payers.... "illegal". A land has laws and breaking laws makes you a criminal. It's an awesome attestment to the morals of the people that live in the US that there aren't riots going on right now and that Americans are not choosing to break laws arbitrarily like illegal immigrants have done!

Illegal Mexicans/immigrants are just that, illegal. They are not even in the system. Most people hiring them are paying them under the table. SO, there is no check issued and no taxes being paid. Yes, there are some that do pay taxes as an example of good citizenship, but that doesn't help the fact that there are still 11 million more illegals leaching off the system.. So lets continue to build special schools for all the illegals that don't speak any English and continue to take jobs from Americans because they are willing to do it for 1/10 the cost. SO, that WOULD be the reason you're seeing all those white Americans standing in the unemployment line! Educate yourself before you make stupid remarks.

You are missing the bigger picture of things. There are huge repercussions on this country that are directly resulted from anyone who hires an illegal. You opened the door to all of this by talking about the unemployment lineâ€¦. I donâ€™t think you understand just how big of an issue this is. My mom works at the SocSec office and she says their upset significant others are always coming in to rat on them like saying that this person is an illegal and their SSN is false. Not all illegals rob the system, but there are those who do get false ID's and do.

The problem isn't so much that illegal immigrants don't pay taxes, it's that their employers don't. The employer makes profit by exploiting the illegal immigrant ie: not paying a fair wage, not providing health insurance, not paying taxes on their behalf. The employer is at fault when dealing with the financial dilemma involving illegal immigrants and non-taxation.

Using someone else's SSN to pay taxes is Tax fraud and can cost the actual holder of the SSN to pay MUCH more in taxes, possibly moving them up another tax bracket or two.

The are here illegally, I do something illegal, I go to jail, what do we do? give them money free medical, the illegal women is always knocked up, with 4 or 5 kids running around her. Why in the hell do I have to pay for this. They use illegal s.s. numbers, I know of an illegal working for a landscaping comany that ended up in the hospital 3 tims, he never paid a dime!!!! OH sure they may pay taxes but they have a liter of kids they cannot support so they get food stamps and free medical.....try to tell me they don't, I work in a Dr.s office. AND, my Dr. went out of business because there were so many getting free medical...usually the women are always knocked up....can't pay their bill, he closed his office. Go home we do not want you here.
