Illegal aliens are human, believe it or not, so they have human rights.

The American Communist Liberals Union, or ACLU(they define the acronym differently, but this is MY viewpoint, so there), is devoted to undermining things like our justice system, which is pretty straightforward, if you're not messing up, you don't end up in the Big House...they see it differently. It's another PAC that's out to stir controversy and fight against...whatever it is they seem to want to fight about all the time. They've seized on the illegal immigration issue as a way to make political hay, if they were really in tune with american civil liberties, they'd be listening to the majority of the voters. Damn ambulance chasers... |

The ACLU doesn't care about illegals...they are a huge group of lawyers who look for every opportunity to sue. Because they attach themselves to "social" issues...they base their suits on the "best good" which translates to...
They get paid big bucks whether they win or lose.

Don't be naive the ACLU is defending the illegal aliens because the companies that are hiring the illegals are benefiting from them. and are the ones paying for their work. The ACLU is representing the illegals over the Americans citizen for money, just plain money. I suggest to this pro illegals organization that they should change their name to MCLU. the M for Mexican. The ACLU is also receiving money from the government of Mexico. You see it's good business for the companies that hired the illegals and for the government of Mexico. In this equation,,Do you know who's loosing the most the American people. And we still have hardcore Americans defending these undesirables. |

The ACLU is about destroying this country, not helping it. Human Rights have absolutely nothing to do with civil liberties.
Human rights means that you are treated humanely while you are here. Your basic needs are attended to right up to the point where you are booted back to wherever you came from.
The ACLU should be tried for crimes against the United States. They are making a mockery of our laws and judicial system by using the law and judicial system to aid and abet criminal activity.
Try to pass a make sense law and the ACLU is right there to contest it. Californians passed prop 187 by a landslide in 1994. ACLU was right there to block it. Who is running this country anyway. The people or the ACLU? |

They do it because once we let the government take away their rights, it is only a matter of time before they take ours away.
We have already technically lose the right of habeas corpus. If the president determined that you have taken actions against the US, you could be determined an unlawful enemy combatant. This means that John Smith in Iowa could be locked up and held without a trial until his last dying breath.
I live in a border state so my dislike of the trouble illegal aliens brings is quite strong. I think that if they are found to be here illegally they should be deported immediately and face the forfeiture of any assets gained while in the US. I DON'T think that we should crucify them or burn them at the stake or whatever else you could think of that would violate their "human rights." Is that what you think? Once you can throw a "terrorist" in jail without charging him of anything, its only a matter of time before we can do that to illegals, then one more step and we are doing it to US citizens.
