I wonder....why would you support it and not fund it?
Why do these 3rd world countries say their people are valuable but can't offer the basics to them?
Hey....according to Mexico.....they have an untold gold wave......why can't they utilize this and leave the US in the dust?
Why would this country sell out their biggest resource for nothing? Why would they sell their own people for change? Africa did it and then they blame us. Gee....ya think we want to sign onto this trip again? Why is Mexico so eager and willing to sell it's own people.
Take note here for history........we didn't ask for you....we didn't WANT you.....we begged to get rid of you....our country was destroyed by this.........the AMERICAN people didn't want this at all. Across the board....north, south, east and west. America voted hands down......get out. |

I do agree with you. But don't forget that the government is not setup the same as the U.S., and they don't have the same protections (as citizens) as we do in the U.S. |

Until Mexico and Mexicans grow a pair and actually take personal responsibility and accountability to undertake the necessary financial, social, and governmental reform to make Mexico liveable for all....this cr@p will continue.
They are the only ones who can fix this. Those that leave are cowards who don't truly exhibit honour, responsibility, sacrifice, commitmentment and courage.

Yes the Zapatista's are trying. Amazing hero's in my eyes. Yet they disappear or are found murdered. Their whole family is often murdered. They're considered insurgents. But yet we're sending 1.3 BILLION dollars to Mexico and training their military on bases here to help them defeat these insurgents. Funny how that works huh? |

It seems logical to me that if that many Illegals from South of the border were to stand together they could create change. There are an awful lot of them and with those numbers could overtake any government or drug cartel. |

They are very loud in America and demand for their rights ! Why can't they do the same thing in Mexico? Start a revolution and set up a government like ours. I know for a fact USA would help them establish a better government, they have done it for others. |

i agree with you, but i guess they come here because they are fighting a lost cause in their own country. beside the fact that it's a poor nation, their government isn't doing anything to help them, so now they are begging their neighbors for a piece of their pie. but it's not as easy as that, it's not like America doesn't care what happens to them, but we have enough problems of our own to deal with, and they are adding to the load. there is an immigration system for a reason, they need to adhere to it, and eventually they will have a better life like they dream of, but they are going about it all wrong, with no regard for Americans, making it harder on us and themselves in the process. and personally, if someone from another country can't show respect for this country and follow our laws, then they need to go back to the very end of the immigration line, so they can have some time to think their actions over, maybe after so many years waiting to get back to the front, they might have a little respect. |

the problem is that Mexicos government is notoriously corrupt. mexicans dont have any of the basic freedoms that we Americans enjoy. the mexican government also encourages mexicans to enter the US illegally on a regular basis and even gives them pamphlets, telling them how to do it safely. most mexicans still believe that, America is still (at least the SW United States) is still Mexican territory, so they dont understand what all the fuss is about them crossing illegally into the US. they believe its still part of their country. Kind of like the way the British government teaches their children in school that they "allowed" the US to exist, not that the US fought the British during the Revolutionary war between England and the US. |
