I'm not mexican but the answer to your question is because they are lazy and stupid. They take a friggin' siesta every afternoon. What do you expect? And you also have to have some sort of brain to know how to fight an establishment. I am around all sorts of mexicans everyday and my dog can figure out how to do more sh*t before they catch on. They are not even good scam artists or liars. They are good at picking strawberries and having lots of babies, making burritos, drinking cervasa, selling dirty chicklets, etc. It is easier to cram 50 deep inside a dirty semi and come on over here. You can't expect too much from them.
