i agree ... some (not saying all americans are lazy) BUT some lazy americans are using it as a convenient excuse not to work all the while claiming benefits made possible by the money that are made by this modern day form of slavery ... but that's just an opinion

I am so tired of this. People! Illegals are not taking the jobs Americans won't do - who do you think did it before? It's just that the citizens who did it before got paid more. Now the greedy business owners can get the same amount of work done for less.

Sure believe this all you want but to those of us that know better its just a way for those who love illegals are are illegals its just a way to justify being here.Yeah most illegal men don't get welfare per say but they live with those that do so in a since if they take one bite of food bought with welfare they are then benefiting from it to.I can say without a doubt that all illegal women and their anchor babies do get welfare.So for you to say they get low pay without benefits is wrong.Most live better then most of our elderly do in this country.Ive never meet an illegal that wasn't breaking our laws,just by being here he has already done this.And as for the not taking our jobs I don't know where you are from but here where I live there are plenty of people that do do the jobs you think illegals only do....

I have a college degree and a stellar resume, but I am currently jobless because no one is hiring right now. I'll take anything at this point. There are currently 8 million unemployed Americans, and that is not including people who are underemployed. Your argument is invalid.

Immigrants should get paid the same as everyone else - that way they could not undercut people's wages by employing from overseas, and jobs would be apportioned according to who is best at doing the job - not according to how little money they are prepared to slave away for.

The answer is for immigrants to join trade unions and fight for decent pay, and for workers in the US to join them in struggle. If the lowest paid get a rise, then it will benefit everybody as wages rise accordingly.

You are wrong. They were in my factory and making just as much me. Then ICE raided and now legal citizens have those jobs. Some use fake or stolen identities and make as much as anyone else. They are illegal and that is the main problem.

Have you driven by any construction site lately? They are filled with illegals, those used to be jobs that went to hard working Americans and I know many Americans that would still like those jobs. Don't tell me they aren't taking jobs from us, they most certainly are.

most of the jobless americans would not be unwilling to do these jobs you desribe
out here in the real world 3or 4hundred dollars a week is better than starving
there is a large dairy farm close by me where they milk cows 24 hours a day in 3 shifts 7 days a week
mostly all illegals are doing those jobs for around 10 dollars per hour
when the farm 1st started the large operation they paid americans 15 dollars per hour
do you think that is actually fair

All the links you provided to support your feeble contentions really shore that insult up well..... not.

One very critical point to all these criticisms of the American Man is that if they are done in Mexico, they don't provide references. And while there are vague elements that could be discussed, they are points that only an American Can discuss.

And while this person does rant on, please keep in mind that this country is the most successful capital enterprise that has ever been. And what is even more important is that while Jose can make it for less money, no matter what the production crew does, the American manufacture does it better in spite of the wage difference, for less money too.
