The job I worked in Alaska ten years ago paid $12 per hour back then. Today in Oklahoma, illegals do it for as little as $5 per hour, and pay no social security or medicare taxes. Those illegals don't come from Canada. Get the idea? IF YOU HAVE ECONOMIC PROBLEMS IN MEXICO, TAKE IT OUT ON PRESIDENTE FOX, NOT THE AMERICAN ECONOMY!!!!! |

There should be troops at the Canadien border as well. I lived in NY for most of my life and we would just go across the border without being stopped. Dont think that terrorists arent aware of this fact either. We spend a lot of time worrying about the Mexicans and terrorists could come right over from Canada without any problem. |

It could be that Canada has a stable government and economy, and they have very good border control on their side. When you combine that with the border patrol we have, there really isn't such a huge problem as there is to our south. Also, Canadians recognize our laws. Aren't there a fair number of Canadians who travel to the U.S. on a daily basis for work? Yes, and when they are finished, they go home. |

Mexicans dont come here for a free ride. They contribute billions of dollars each year to this country and they dont ever see the money cuz they cant claim it cuz they used fake Social Security numbers to get work.
President Bush is from texas and I believe he never heard of canada or doesnt feel its a treat.
There should be troops on the canadian borders how many of you travel to canada all you got to do is say you are and United States Citizen and they let you in. Just the ocasionally check on suspicous visitors. Imagine Terroist cna just drive threw the canadian border and terorized the united states. |
