Why isn't it easy for internation students to get a job in the host country ?

I mean should'nt the companies be looking for the best of all candidate and choose them to run the company ? why is there a limitation and bias during the application process against international students ?

I really need to get a job, my family is going bankrupt...and Im living a nightmare, whenever I spend a pound on food, I think how are they doing, are they going to survive till next month...Im their only hope...what do I have to do to get a job ?

Im desperate please help me..

getting a job in my country is not that easy, and if im lucky to get a job the pay isnt really that good...

Being a guest in the US via student visa or any visa doesn't mean you cannot work. BUT, immigration laws are some of the laws of our land. If you, as a non-citizen and temporary resident, want to work, you must apply to immigration for a work permit. The application has ample space for you to explain why you need to work. Good Luck.

I don't know what countries you are referring to but international students are not even allowed to work in the US unless they do some part-time job at their university. You are on a student visa so your intention was to study, not to work. It's not easy to get a job these days even if you're qualified.

"To run the company"? Do you think international students should run a company? On Mars maybe. If you were a HR manager, would you prefer someone with relevant experience, competence and qualifications or someone who is still a student? You have to go through the career ladder, you can't be a CEO right away.

It's not just international students who are experiencing difficulties finding work, British graduates are also experiencing difficulties finding work.

The simple fact of the matter is a degree, I'm assuming you're a University graduate, is not a guarantee of a job, especially if you don't have any useful work experience to go with it.

If you are here on a visa, some companies simply won't want the complication -if they have train a person up to do a job, they're not going to hire someone they can only employ for a limited period, there is no guarantee that a work visa would be renewed & rules are changing all the time around visas.

If you are an international student, on a student visa, in the U. S. of A.,. you are not allowed to work. That is part of the visa's regulations.
