Why racist call undocumented people criminals ??

Seems you struggle with the correct definition of words I thought I'd start there.
law: established rule of conduct stating uniform behavior.
criminal: one that violates a law.
penal: relating to punishment (properly defined as codes or systems) ...Are Not "Laws"
Assigning incorrect meanings to words invalidates your flawed and baseless argument.
The Mexican government has printed a picture book with few and simple words giving instructions of how to infiltrate the U.S. Obviously not geared for their doctors or engineers, it includes directions for hiding and ways to transfer money back to Mexico.
A case is easily made that those that follow the guide are indeed not just Illegal/Immigrants...Aliens, but are in fact non-uniformed soldiers participating in a State Sponsored Invasion. Breaking immigration Laws does indeed make one a Criminal, to do so at the instruction of a foreign government, by definition makes them Invaders!
I suggest you save your allowance, get off mom;s computer, buy a dictionary and look up the word racist...another definition that you obviously don't understand.

Maybe this makes me racist (though I don't think so), but people who ignore the laws our society enacts to instill order so they can do whatever they want are criminals. That which is against the law is illegal. Changing the words to something more comfortable for you to hear doesn't make this any less true.
I don't really know what you mean by "Immigration laws and penal laws are two different things." (What is a "penal law"? Do you mean "criminal law"?)Does this mean that it's OK to ignore one set of laws, but not another? Because immigration laws carry penalties for when they are violated, and those who violate them should have to suffer those penalties, including detainment and deportation.

My views on illegal immigration have nothing to do with racism...my views on the matter are common sense related.

Why is the word illegal deemed racist by you? It is politically correct to say undocumented? What is the difference? They are used in the same context and for all intensive purposes mean the same thing when you are speaking of illegal immigrants.

They deport them because they don't want to keep an illegal person in America wich is what they would be doing if they put them in jail. The goverment calls them illegal immigrants. Now you're gonna say the government is racist too right?

Calling someone an illegal is not being a racist, since an illegal can be of any race, from any ethnic background. You need to say what you mean instead of playing games. If you mean that you don't like that term because it makes you feel less than human to be referred to that way, say so. I prefer the term "coward" to "illegal", since it is cowardly to flee the problems of your homeland instead of staying there in an attempt to make it a better place for your people. Running away from problems like a little girl is not admirable.

Well friend, maybe we should change our immigration laws to something more similar to Mexico's laws. Then you might like it better. Think about it. I'm tired of being called a racist. I think this person should get a clue before he goes around labeling the people he wants to help him. Real racism is ugly and no one will get any sympathy from me by using the word incorrectly for their own gain.

I can understand what you are saying. The word criminal sounds like someone who committed a murder. Even the word illegal fits better but the correct word is undocumented.

I guess that if you are caught breaking the U.S. law you could not be put in our jail because you don't belong here in the first place. That would be kidnapping? Deporting is the only reasonable, legal thing to do. Why not come the legal accepted way??????????
Illegals, undocumented must have a disease, or be wanted by their country for a crime or be delivering drugs or what ever reason they can't come the legal way.

You are right. I would hate to see my father being called a criminal just because he was looking for a better life. I mean he has his papers now but that does not wipe the slate clean to what he used to be called. My father has never committed a crime a day in his life but yet he is a criminal. Also when the first European came here they did not only break the law by trying to kill off the original inhabitants here, they tried to make themselves that found this land. So in a sense each and everyone of our ancestors are criminals.

The law is the law, no matter what the category. Illegal or undocumented, it doesn't matter what you call it, it is against the law. It isn't discrimination if you are not here legally and you get caught and deported.

People without proper entry documents must not be called illegals but only not properly documented entrants. Undocumented is not even inappropriate because many entrants carry documents but lacking other requirements particularly the visa.

Racists are weak and emotionally fragile people. On this issue, a rational person thinks: "There is a problem here. And, U.S. citizens are largely to blame. No one would come here illegally if we did not give them jobs. So, what do we do now? Maybe, since we hire them and need them to work hard for us, and, because, in many communities the local U.S. economy would collapse if workers from Mexico were made to leave, which would destroy many businesses, such as restaurants and the hotel industry, and many, many more businesses and ranches, even the grocery store and school as people have to move away, in a true "trickle down" effect throughout every corner of the county.. . . maybe, just maybe we should consider how to get them into a track for legal citizenship. Most of them already pay taxes here, out of their pay, without enjoying the full benefits of those taxes paid.
On the other hand, a racist person thinks:
"There is a problem here. And, because I am emotionally fragile and poorly educated, I blame someone else, like I always do when it's time to accept responsibility for my own actions and mistakes and inadequacies. And, I have to blame someone who is smaller than I am because I am a coward in a real man-to-man "debate". So, I will blame the people from Mexico who are working for us! They are poor and helpless in this land. They won't be able to retaliate or frighten me if I blame THEM! And, you know, I can't exactly just go up to Harley, the owner of the local diner and blame HIM! Though, he does hire an awful big bunch of them every year to cook and do dishes. Why, Harley's good Christian folk. And, his son got my middle daughter in the family way a few years back . . . she didn't keep that baby . . .or, the next three. . .but, that kinda makes Harley's boy damn near my own kinfolk, and, besides, there wouldn't be any roundball to speak of in the whole world . . and I'm talking about not just right around here, but, the WHOLE county. . .if anything happened to Harley or that boy of his. Know wud I mean? Why would I want to go and do a fool thing like turn him into the law for illegally hiring people from Mexico? Good, gawd. He'd knock my teeth down my throat. You know, come to think about it, I don't really know anyone in these parts that hires any of the 4500 illegals we got right here working illegally. Good point.This country is full of discriminating people.And that is a hate crime...I mean,if we americans can scream "discrimination"at every turn,then why can't undocumented people do it as well?Because they feel as if they are criminals here.I guess it's been drilled into their heads for so long.The sad thing,is that alot of americans treat undocumented hispanics worse than the criminals in jail.Some people would rather hire a felonist instead of someone here illegally.Excuse me?Rapist vs. illegal enterer?Whats wrong with that picture?They get treated like they have the plague when all they did was cross a border.Racism in it's highest form.
