I was born in Jamaica and I've never heard of a Jamaican who was trying to enter the country. They usually come then they decide to stay afterwhich they start the process of legalising themselves. I think shooting illegal immigrants is inhumane and your sick to even think of something like that.

First of all, you can't go around shooting illegals, that's not the way our system works....Its called due process "No person shall be... deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law...." Cops aren't allowed to shoot unarmed suspects in the streets. The people crossing the boarder are suspects and not even of a felony. If the border patrol agents stopped a suspect van and found it full of illegals would you advocate them opening fire into the back of the van? What about Cubans coming to Florida? Should the cops stand on the beach, wait for the people to come ashore, then open fire? We can handle this problem without becoming barbarians. It takes a combination of money, diplomacy and political will.

Its against the law to shoot someone that has broken into your home while they are exiting. That is inhumane,so is shooting an illegal that is trying to break into America.Inmates have been charged with a crime and convicted.Not every crime warrants being shot.

Do you shoot minors who are drunk on the street or driving? Probably not, yet they too are breaking the law and if they are driving they pose a much greater threat to other citizens than hardworking immigratns seeking to improve their lives. In the first place killing is never right, GET IT STRAIGHT NEVER!!!
