Yes, of course they will. The economic problems we're having right now (NOT BO's fault, BTW, he inherited them) are hurting everyone in the world. If our stock market goes down 40%, every other country's stock market does too. Conservatives like to talk about 'a rising tide that lifts all boats the same', but now the tide is going out and every boat is lower. The US will still be a big improvement for people from less prosperous countries. |
