Will get banned if i complete my 3yrs visa contract in uae?

i am under an ordinary labor in a private company. i visa peroid is 3yrs. if i complete my visa term without voilating UAE labour law, will i get labor or any ban. Or i can get into another job just simply? explain me please?

Yes! When you cancel your visa there is an automatic labour ban which needs to be removed by new employer. You will not need an NOC from previous employer in this case.

i am working in private company i already finished my 3year visa contract. and i am again same company i renewal my visa 3years, if i resign before this 3years i am getting and ban?and i joint any other company i get and problem, please inform me.
