Work Visa - Sponsor - Exactly Who Does The Sponsor? (Walt Disney World)?

Ok, all I was told by Walt Disney World Casting was to get the appropriate paperwork sorted and I could get a job with the company. Now from what I've been reading I need a work visa, and the company needs to sponsor you.
My questions is exactly who needs to be the sponsor?
The thing is, I can get my old job back at Epcot Main Entrance as I'm also qualified as a trainer there. Now in that area we have coordinator, and above them managers. Then that area has recruitment managers, then each section of the park has more managers for that said park, then each park...ect...ect. WDW Casting, is the ones that pass the information on 'specific' department for recruitment, so who would sponsor me in this case?

Human Resources initiate it thru an immigration law firm. They submit the necessary papers to the UCSIC to get your H1b approval. You need to go thru the US consulate in your country to get your passport stamped after you receive your h1b approval documents from your HR. |
