Bank Blacklisting/Internal!!!!!?
I need a quick answer, I have lost my job last December and just now i got job. I have an issue with my 2 banks for the past few months that i cant able to pay my credit cards on due date, and they sent me already an email and sms that they will put me internal black listing or report me to the police. We all know that due to the crisis most people that has having problem to pay their redits just because they were laid off, so in order to pay again regaularly, we need to find job to pay for it. My questions, if this 2 banks have done it already as what they told me, is my visa for an employment will not be approved because of my bank issue...Or thus, the immigration and labor department will not approve my employment as they have a bank record about my name. Or would this is not connected and will not be affected about my employment visa processing as the record is only internal bank listing...Please i want a clear answer, as my employer is applying for my visa and Im wondering if this is not be approve due to this case.

I am not familiar with specific Dubai laws (though my mom lives in Abu Dhabi), but I have not heard in the UAE of any work permit condition related to a bank account.
Being unable to cover credit card debt is a common thing nowadays even among people who work. As long as you don't have any trouble with the law, it should be fine in this regard. |
