Lets say in a country in central america. A US citizen marries a woman from one of those countries. That woman has a child would that child be a citizen from the US and the country from where he was born?

go to the US embassy/consulate to seek registration as a US citizen,

say Brazil, then the Child has Brazilian Citizenship...
If the Child was born to a Legal Immigrant with a
Legal Green Card, within the USA.
