I absolutely would. Immigrants don't get automatic citizenship just by marrying a citizen. There's a lot of paperwork, money, and time. It can take years even after a legal marriage. |

Yes I would. |

Simply Complicated?

Yes, when your in love that's all that matter.. You will not care where the person came from!
Love conquers all. |

Yes I would.
Love is Love
How do you ever know if someone's love is real
undocumented immigrant or not. |

Ofcourse I would they are people just like us. If she was hot or I liked her I would marry her. Just because they are illegal doesn't mean they are different. |

I did marry my husband when he was still considered an illegal immigrant. He wasn't completely illegal though, because when he got here he turned himself in letting USA know he was here and had started his papers right then. He said that when he was in Mexico he tried to file for papers but nothing was happening. So he did jump, but he did turn himself in. Now he is an American Citizen, which I am so proud of him. I didn't need him to prove that it was real love. When you are in love you just know it, theres no proving it. |

Yes, I would marry an illegal immigrant if I were in love with him. I don't think I could ask him to prove it was real love but I would probably want a long engagement to sort out how to get him legal. If it is true love, then it will withstand the time needed to become a citizen (even it that takes a few years). Good luck. |

Of course.
Just because they aren't legal doesn't mean anything about their character.
Also its really hard to become legalized now a days....come on now |

Yes I would marry him if we were both in love. Are you worried that he is marrying you to gain citizenship? If you are it sounds like you have some trust issues in your relationship and regardless of his immigrant status you should seek counseling before tying the knot. |

of course love separates all boundaries. |

of course a person should be willing to die for the person they love...if you married an illegal immigrant would you have illegal-in-laws? |
|

high skool student :D
 |
why would you need to ask your love if your love was real? wouldnt both of you know?
also, iznt it like in the USA, if you marry an illehal immigrant then the illegal immagrint becomes legal? oh maybe its just when they have a green card and it expires and they marry a american citizen. :D
but yes, i would marry and illegal immigrant if we were both in love. and i would know in my heart if the love was real of not. :D |

Just Say No To McSame

Yes I would... Yes I would...I would know if it was real love or not, I'm far from stupid and have been on this planet long enough to know if I am being played or not.......besides I am the one usually running away from marriage not my partner so any guy that deals with my crap really wants to be with me or he would find a weaker woman that can be manipulated cause trust me I am a hard ***... LOL |

Yes. Love knows no borders. ;)
In time you would be able to see whether or not they were genuine. Also, a prenup might help.
And to stay out of legal trouble, have them become a citizen or get their visa or green card first before marriage! |

yes, and for those who said No because they think that even if you marry an illegal immigrant they will still be deported from the u.s to their home country You are WRONG. if you get married with a u.s citizen or permanent resident you have the option to apply for status adjusment ( green card) and if you meet all the requirements then you get your green card. Does being married to an american citizen means you will be allowed to stay in the country ? most of the time yes but I have denied some applications and have asked them to leave the country immediately however it doesnt happen all the time. |

I dont even see why this would be a QUESTION? If you were in love with someone OF COURSE you would. I think a better question would be WOULD YOU MARRY ONE TO BRING IN THE COUNTRY for MONEY or if you LIKED THEM but to ask if Someone would marry someone that they LOVE!!!!!!!!!!!!! WELL DUH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
|

** Not too sure on this one - I would probably get it all sorted before the marriage or maybe use the marriage to help get it sorted |

Since I would never fall in love with one, I really don't see myself coming to that scenerio. However, I do know at least 2 women stupid enough (and ugly enough) who married men just to help them get into the USA or stay here.
Silly women, let them learn the hard way.

What is the REAL reason you would be marrying this person? For them to gain clearance in the U.S. or to truly be with you? A person can say anything to you to get our of you what they want. Once you do it, who says they will not split and do whatever just so you will not be with them anymore. I would consider all angles of this situation before diving right in. |

No, when it is found out, the person will be sent out of the country for illegally immigrating...marriage or not. Then it might take about 10 years for them to get back in legally...IF they qualify. |

I would never date an illegal so my answer is NO. |

5 years federal prison, $250,000 dollar fine, or both for me!
deportation, minimum 10 year ban from US for her!
Besides I don't like criminals! |

Yes, because that would grant them the opportunity to become legal because they are married to a citizen. Why wouldn't you? And I think marriage is a GREAT way to prove that you love someone. If we were really in love, I could think of no better way. |

If it was love, yes and to make her prove it, she can get her green card. |
