Yo!

Absolutely!...if I were in a 3rd world country with no opportunities for my family to live decently.
But I would go there expecting no special treatment, follow all of the rules, and assimilate as quickly as possible out of respect for the country that was allowing me to benefit from the centuries of dedication, leadership, planning and hard work that built the infrastructure that makes living in the new country a place I'd want to be.
Everything that makes this place a desired destination for millions of immigrants wasn't here when we BOUGHT IT from Mexico, after which time our forefathers built on it and now that it's a great place to live, they want it back...if we were to allow this, would it not become an extension of the third world....then third world conditions would surely come. Perhaps we should give it back....but what would they do for water in California...um I mean Alta California, Atzlan...after we divert our water sources to flow south east instead of south west? No more water for flushing and showering...sounds third world to me. |

I would, but I'm a big family person, so only if I can take my family with me. I wouldn't do it illegally - then again, I probably wouldn't have to. It's harder for people to move from some countries than it is others. |

I would. I have. The US. |

Maybe, but the key is to do it legally. Otherwise your 'better life' is on the legal citizens dollar. |

I don't need to move to another country to do better, All I need is Jesus. As far as the question that you are quoting, you need to keep in mind that the USA is the melting pot of the world. What's wrong with those losers wanting to provide for their families and improving their life styles. |

My parents did and because of the decision they made we all are. I have one brother going to college to become a coach, I have a brother that is a teacher, another that is a compter programmer, a sister that works for the government we are all hardworking people that have made it in life and yes I would move somewhere where people were not racists. |

No. I don't need to. I live in the UK.
But I can understand why some people might need to. |

Yes, in a few weeks I'm going to Ghana in Africa (from the UK) to check the place out before considering moving there.
It helps that my skills (ha ha) are required by the Ghanaian Government and as such there's no red tape involved and housing and transport is provided. That said, these weren't the factors that attracted me to moving there, these ae just bonuses that have come up since first considering the idea.
In my opinion the UK, like may westernized nations, is in rapid decline. Crime is spiralling out of control, people are becoming more and more interested in nothing but themselves, the current government is introducing restrictive laws 18 times faster than any previous government, there is climate of political correctness enforced on the majority by a minority, individual freedoms are being encroached upon etc etc. No wonder that more people than ever before are leaving the country.
I'd consider moving to any country where the peopole were welcoming and friendly, the lifestyle was easy going, you're safe from crime and can get on with your life without being told how and what to think, do and say. |

Depending on what country you are going and what you will do there. Many times its not the country but your attitude towards the country you are moving to. what is better for one, maybe worse for the other. Its more of personal choice. |
