we still have to feed and clothe, and house them when they're building the wall. Take care of any health problems etc. We should all be so lucky. No i think 45 days to get out, then they become the wall. |

I support it. But I would want a investigation backround check done for crimes committed while they were in the US. That way if the person applies for a visa then we would know weather or not to give them one. Also who would finance the transportation back to the illegal persons country? There are a lot of questions that come to mind about this???? |

That's not an amnesty plan, but it is better than our current system. We should be following a policy of Attrition through enforcement.
http://www.numbersusa.com/interests/attrition.html
President Bush and the rest of the open borders crowd constantly tell the American people that there are only two solutions to our nation's illegal alien crisis – give illegal aliens amnesty or round them up and deport them. This is a diversionary tactic to draw public attention away from the most effective and efficient solution – Attrition Through Enforcement.
The principle behind Attrition Through Enforcement is that living illegally in the United States will become more difficult and less satisfying over time when the government – at ALL LEVELS – enforces all of the laws already on the books. It is also imperative that the government with the full cooperation of the private sector, implements certain workplace enforcement measures. The goal is to make it extremely difficult for unauthorized persons to live and work in the United States. There is no need for taxpayers to watch the government spend billions of their dollars to round up and deport illegal aliens; they will buy their own bus or plane tickets back home if they can no longer earn a living here. |

I think you left out one important issue! We also need to prosecute employers for hiring illegals. Maybe add:
1st offense 1 year hard labor building/ repairing the wall
2nd offense 5 years hard labor building/repairing the wall
If the people hiring illegals quit hiring them they wont come because there will be NO work. ALSO NO WELFARE or free health care FOR ANYONE THAT IS NOT HERE LEGALLY!!!!!!! |
