I had to think about that one. I know that the law wont do anything because I have reported them for having guns. So, because I know they wont do anything, and my dog is TRULY my best friend , it would devastate me, and if that devastation turned to anger quicker than I could think , I WOULD BEAT THEM BLOODY and go to jail for assault. I really really love my dog. I hate the law for it, cuz they do NOTHING at all. INS doesnt do anything, even. I do not even have a record, but that may cause me to get one.I hate alcohol also, it killed my sister and the government IS responsible for it !!

I heard a judge tell an abusive illegal alien in the courtroom, how wrong she was, how the other girl was legal and right to go to the authorities everytime she was harrassed, and if he believed INS would do anything he would have her deported immediately for her continued abusive behavior, and gave her something serious to think about , and of course some comm service, and such......he should have called INS anyways, I did , and they raided the place that employed many. They will do something if you keep on at them. The law though, just does to much letting go of it.......so its out of hand.

Well, my kid was hit by a drunk, unlicensed, illegal alien with no insurance. They didn't even deport him.

find out where they live and kill them... plead insanity..without my dog I would be insane.. He's the only thing that keeps me from being that way.. If they really eat dogs like eveyone says, they will hit them and get out and scrape them off the ground and eat them.. plenty of time to kill in insanity.

If you know where the driver is contact the police or immagration.
anyone else I would take it to small claims court.

Make sure the alien doesn't get away. Call the immigration officials and tell them you have a suspected illegal. They SHOULD handle the rest but they are so lasy anyway.

Take care of your dog however you do after that.

Oh, and if you want, express your anger at the illegal.

I'd be a little more worried about the PEOPLE that are being killed by ILLEGALS. Maybe the Eye for an Eye Policy should apply.
