Hi, I and my family are permanent resident in US (green card holders) from 2009, I work with a US privet company oversea so we travel every year and we re-enter to US before the end of the year during my vacation period and we stay for around one month in US , I pay the Tax every year , my question is the period that we expended out side the US is included for the citizen ship requirement ? And can I apply for US citizen ship when I complete the five years of my residency ?
