is Arizona's plan feasible?
|
while i whole heatedly support Arizona in their effort to stop the illegal immigration to their state..is it feasible i mean if they deport them...they will just come back..and while i applaud them having the guts to stand up and say were sick of it and we will enforce our laws...how would it work because if the illegals are jailed it would be expensive to keep them and if they are deported they will just come back..do you think money would be better spent raiding companies that employ them and criminally prosecuting people that hire them ...and making it impossible for illegals to get public assistance of ANY kind and preventing the children if illegals from getting an education here..if they could not support their families here they would deport themselves...i don't think a border fence would be successful they would find a way...i just think we should be concentrating more on the heart of the problem the reason they come here what do you think? Additional Details yeah evelyn i hold heatedly support it ....spell check please...happens huh

The "Plan" Is Feasible
In That Arizona Expects The ILLEGAL ALIENS
To REMOVE Themselves From The State
To Avoid Incarceration And Deportation
Although SOME ILLEGAL ALIENS Will Be Incarcerated And Deported
MOST Will See These Actions Taking Place
And Leave The State
Therefore, In The Long Run
The State Will Be Saving Taxpayer Dollars
"if they are deported they will just come back"
Perhaps,
But If They Do,
They Will Think Twice Before Returning To Arizona
And Consider Another Sanctuary ... L.A. Is Looking Good For Them
You Are Correct ....
If Congress were to pass a law that said, quite simply,
that the CEO of any business
that was caught employing illegal immigrants
went to jail for a year -
no exceptions -
then within a month there would be fifteen million (more or less) people
lined up at the Mexican border
trying to get out of the United States.
The US unemployment rate would drop close to zero,
and wages would begin to rise.
The American middle class would begin to return to viability,
as would the union movement in this nation
Start HARSHLY penalizing "Illegal Employers"
and non-citizens without a Social Security number
will leave the country on their own.
Easy, simple, cheap, painless.
No Reform
No Amnesty
No Fence To Build.
No Mass Deportations Necessary.
No Need For Homeland Security To Get Involved.
When Jobs and Public Resources are not available
most undocumented workers will simply leave the country |

If illegal mexicans faced stiffer consequences for jumping the border, they may rethink their decision. Maybe getting shot! |

enforce the current (tax evasion) laws for those employing illegals and the whole problem gets solved. doesn't it? |

The way i see it right now AZ. is just trying to protect its legal citizens and there resources.RE: hospitals etc.I think they know that the border is porous but hope that the fear will force some illegals to leave the state.Easing there burden. But then the burden will be pushed onto someplace else. But for now AZ,is looking out for its self till the rest of America comes on bored.Hopefully soon. This i think is smart on there part.
Lots of work still needs to be done to finally solve this problem but we are off to a good start. |

We have an empty prison up north where it's nice and cold for those that return after being dorported. It's a felony 2-6 years in prison and a $3,000 fine. |

I agree with you . 0ur problem is the politicians wants them here because at some point they are going to try to give the illegals the right to vote . Some times it seems like they have more rights tham the American citizens have. |

Start fining the companies, farms, etc that are hiring these criminals in the first place, increase our border patrol/national guard and just plain ENFORCE the current immigration laws that have been lax for soooooooooo long. They have broken our law by stepping foot on our country. I fully support ARizona in passing this law and hope that more states follow suit. The federal level will NOT get the message until more states pass it IMO. Too bad if they feel they are being "picked": on ....oh my crybaby crap etc.....the legal Mexican Americans should feel ashamed of them NOT supporting them as they are doing. And also just like the state of OK who does NOT provide any assistance to illegals, maybe if all staes followed that they would just plain leave. I dont mind my tax dollars going towards helping true Americans but to give it to somebody who cant speak a fricking word of my language, to hell with them. |

a month or two in the desert jails of arizona before they are deported should end the cycle . our sheriff has stated hes not turning over the captured ones to ice anymore hes going to hold them until deportation. |

We need to make the penalties for being caught in this country illegally much more harsh...and those that hire illegals should be charged with a felony. |

It was President Truman who pushed the Federal Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 through Congress in the closing days of his administration.
Under that law any US citizen that knowingly assists an illegal alien or provides them with employment, food, water or shelter has committed a felony.
City, county or state officials that declare their jurisdictions to be "open" Cities, Counties or States are subject to arrest, as are law enforcement agencies who chose not to enforce this law. Police officers who ignore officials who violate the provisions of this law are committing a Section 274 federal felony.
Furthermore, according to Federal Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952, if you live in a city, county or state that refuses to enforce the law for whatever reason, the officials making those rules are financially liable for any crime committed within their jurisdiction by an illegal alien. |

NO TO ILLEGALS

We should make out laws toward immigration exactly like those of Mexico so in that way they cant 13itch about them as they were written by Mexicans. |
