please help, U.S citizenship test question?

prior to the test, i need to study all 100 questions.
for some questions they ask you to answer the question with just one or two answers they give you out of a bunch
but if it does NOT state it, do you have to give them all the answers that are written in the question?
so for example,
1) name ONE branch or part of the government
-congress
-legislative
-president
etc... so you answer one out of these. but lets say the question asks
2)Who makes federal laws?
-congress
-senate and house
-legislature
since it doesn't ask you to name just one, do you have to say all three answers? if you don't name all of them will you get it wrong?
