"A Good Mexican is a Dead Mexican" what do you think of this statement???

That statement was the last line in the death threat letter sent to Mayor Villaragosa people...it's not a thought that originated with the asker of the question...HELLO..watch some damn news and quit bagging on the asker of the question.

I come from a family that immigrated here LEGALLY from Latin America and I have some strong opinions about what's going on in our great nation today...however

What I think about this statement in particular is this...

It was obviouly written by an ignorant fool who apparently failed to notice that the immigration issues facing us today involve a hell of alot more races and nationalities than just the mexican people.

And threats and barbaric statements such as that one do nothing but create an even bigger rift between the races.

Lets just pray that "the patriot" doesn't breed.

Wow, creepy. It's weird to see people whose families have only been in this country for a generation or two being so protective of something that they are also so new too. It's like they've totally forgotten that we were all immigrants to this country sometime over the last couple hundred years. So I guess that statement is just as shallow as â€œWomen are for cooking and cleaning onlyâ€ and â€œBlacks should all be slavesâ€. Itâ€™s hate by small people trying to make themselves feel better.

It is very raciest and doesn't do anything for the problem we have now. Illegal people don't even deserve death, just deportation.

Oddly enough, after today many Mexicans just may be saying this phrase again. It has a different translation in Spanish & you should learn a little something about cultural differences before you go quoating scripture of any kind!

On its face it's a racist remark.

That is terrible. My wife is mexican-american, and I love her family and culture. I think people make statements like this just to shock and get attention.

I think this sentence comes from a totally ignorant person with nothing better to do, but try to stir folks up.

He/she is probably a total waste of my tax dollar given to the school system he attended. Tell him to join the border patrol, they are hiring 25,000 people from april to june.
