One person said Anchor baby, so now they all say it, but they can't explain how the parents benefit from services to the baby, and not them? It doesn't make sense!!!!! So does that mean that the parents are eating and drinking all the baby formula the baby is entitled to?.......LOL

My fiance is a so called 'illegal immigrant" and he works everyday {he committed 2 felonies to work in the US} and each year pays his taxes with an ITIN {another felony! It's a felony to pay taxes on wages with an ITIN! An ITIN is for investment income only!}, well last year I got laid off and his job slowed so I went to apply for food stamps. Well, guess what, he didn't qualify because of his status but, his income did, so I couldn't get any assistance, yet I know Americans with the same or less # of family members and the same income who receive Food stamps and medicaid, so explain that {have him steal himself some paperwork!}. If you know where and how they do it, tell me because we are having a hard time at this moment and since all of the other immigrants are supposedly getting government money why not my fiance, too? {because he didn't realize he needed to steal or get forged paperwork? Millions of other illegal aliens know how!}

the social services office verifies each and every SSN that comes through their system it is the government and the conputers are all connected. {BULL CR@P! The SSA will not give out that information so as not to violate the privacy of the criminals using stolen or false SSNs}

i don't know where rizzo and Cracker live but, in GA you can't get benefits for yourself unless you have a VALID SSN and as for the children well of course but, what are they? American citizens! Most of the Illegal Immigrants don't have "paid under the table jobs" they have Tax ID and pay taxes unlike a lot of the Americans who work in construction work stealing American jobs!

lucky mom my fiance is not a criminal he is a great man who is working hard to give us a life we deserve, yes he came here illegally but, that was after he tried for 5 years to get at first a student visa to study here and ten just a regular visa and was denied for different reasons 1 time they told him if you pay me a little you could get it easier, he needed to work and had no choice it was either come illegally or starve in Mexico.

I agree with "anchor baby". The US is the only country where 2 illegals can make a legal. How about that? And as the custodian of said legal child, one would be eligible for welfare, food stamps, medicaid, etc.. for the child who has a very real SS number. And as custodian of this child, one would probably be issued a government ID number similar to SS # but not but legal to collect welfare.

American citizens have no say in this. We hate it. We would all vote against that law that makes anybody born here a citizen if we could.

I believe the other posters have shown already how they do it. They use their anchor baby children to drain the welfare for every penny they can get. They drain tax payers at schools, hospitals, prisons etc. There is nobody starving in mexico, no more so then right here in the U.S. and it is those citizens where my concern lies.

last summer i lost my job. i had to go to the food stamp office to get help. if i didn't have my kids to worry about i would not have bothered. anyway. while i was sitting there waiting for the worker to call me in. a family came in. she had no papers showing she was legal. she was holding a baby, her teen age child was doing all the talking for her. she couldn't speak a word in english. oh and she was pregnant again. they helped her. in the form we have to fill out it says it does not matter if they are legal or not, they will not turn anyone away that is needing help. but yet we have old people here who are eating cat or dog food because they can't afford food with their retirement checks the govt gives them every month. i saw this with my own eyes and heard this with my ow ears.

Exactly! You have to have a valid SSN to apply.Also say if that SSN was stolen,then the name and # wouldn't match up and they would deny the person.

For the first poster, yes a illegal can apply for and receive benefits for their US born citizen children,but they will not get any for themselves if they are illegal! Hmmmm,maybe you need to educate yourself!
